Bad customer service
I can't even believe how terrible the customer service at Jolse is, like seriously. I used to shop there all the time, but now I'm never going back. They really don't care at all about their customers. It's way better to shop at places like olive young global, stylevana, or yesstyle. They actually show they care.<br><br>The first time I got so mad was when I got a cleanser that was expiring in 6 months. They didn't even mention that on the website. If something's gonna expire soon, why not let people know? When I complained, they just said it's their policy for items expiring soon. Well, then it should be on the website, right? I don't want to buy stuff that's old without knowing it. Every other place I shop at has products that last at least 2 years. That's just common sense!<br><br>My second experience was even worse. I ordered stuff during a "brand launch event" with great deals, but when my package came, they only included 1 of the discounted items. I asked them to send the other 3 I paid for, but they refused. It's like they lured me in with a fake deal and then didn't deliver. So sketchy. If they make a mistake, they should apologize and make it right. They just refunded me for the 3 items, but I only bought extra stuff for free shipping that I wouldn't have bought if not for the missing items. I just felt totally ripped off.
Ordered some skincare stuff
I ordered my skin care products three weeks ago, and I paid extra for express shipping, but they still haven't shipped it! I emailed them three times, but they haven't replied at all. It's so unprofessional, I can't even believe it! I'm going to try to get a refund through PayPal. I'm definitely not using their website ever again!
Quick delivery, responsive customer service
Living in Canada can make it pretty tricky to track down Korean skincare stuff in Montreal, eh? But ya know what? I found this website about a year back and I've been hooked on it ever since! Usually takes about one to two weeks for stuff to arrive, but this time, my order got to me in just two days! Talk about speedy service, eh? There was this one time an item showed up busted open and leaking, but the company didn't bat an eye - they sent me a replacement lickety-split! Honestly, I can't recommend this website enough for all your skincare needs, eh?
Massive order, undelivered
I ordered something really important a few months ago, but it never showed up. The tracking number I got only showed that the package left Korea and then nothing. I tried emailing customer service many times, but they never got back to me. The fact that they haven't even tried to help or communicate with me is really frustrating. I've never had such bad service from an online store before. It's just not right.
Stressed and confused
Oh gosh, the customer service here is just brutal. I tried reaching out to them and got an email back saying their email address doesn't even work. How am I supposed to get any updates on my order if I can't even get in touch with them?! It's been way too long and my stuff still hasn't been shipped.
My recent K-beauty purchase
As a first-timer at this online store, I was a bit unsure about trying a new site for my K-beauty goodies. But I gotta say, I was super happy with how everything turned out. My order was processed real quick and showed up at my door within a couple weeks. The packaging was top-notch, they even threw in some generous samples which was a sweet surprise. My recent order with Jolse was a total disaster, eh. At first, they responded quickly to my questions, but the overall service was really disappointing and unprofessional, you know. I didn't even know my package was being sent back until I asked about the delay. Jolse and the shipping company didn't communicate at all, which was super frustrating. The tracking site they gave me was useless without a tracking number, which I never got despite asking for it. It felt like I was playing a guessing game to find out where my order was. To top it off, the shipping company didn't tell me when my package arrived in my city. I had no idea where to pick it up or which company delivered it. When I finally reached out to customer service, they didn't even tell me my package had already been sent back to Korea. This lack of communication and transparency is just not okay, you know. I'm really let down by Jolse's handling of my order. And now they won't even give me a refund, like adding insult to injury, eh.
Skincare products
I gotta say, the skincare product selection on this online store is not as great as some other sites out there. But, I do like that they always seem to have everything in stock and ship super fast. I recently grabbed some stuff on sale and got it real quick with no issues. Their customer service is top-notch too, always quick with refunds. The prices are fair, and they usually throw in some nice samples with your order. One thing I don't like is that some products don't have the ingredients listed, so you gotta go hunting for that info elsewhere, which can be a pain. Overall, shopping at this store is pretty chill and reliable, but they could definitely use more skincare options.

And let me tell you, their delivery is spot on - I always get my goodies in under two weeks, ya know. Overall, I'd rate them five stars, especially for their communication and organized delivery system. Oh, and don't even get me started on the freebies they include, eh. Always makes my day!
Long processing time
So, you know, I really wanted to order some stuff but I had to wait forever for it to go through. It seriously took a whole week! And then they were all like, "Oops, sorry, your stuff is out of stock," so I had to wait even longer. UGH.
Dried out mascaras
So, I bought a couple of mascaras from here, right? But when they arrived, they were all dried out and I couldn't use them. I tried reaching out to their customer service through email a bunch of times, but I didn't get any reply. And get this, their customer service email is just a regular Gmail account. Makes me question if they're legit or not. I'd say steer clear from shopping here unless you're fine with getting crummy products.
Recent skincare purchase
I recently bought some skincare stuff from an online store and I was happy with all the options they had and the ways they could ship it to me. It took about two weeks for my stuff to get here, which was totally fine with me. The prices were pretty good too, especially when you compare them to other online stores that sell the same kind of stuff.
Quick and easy purchase
Jolse is where I usually shop for Korean beauty products. They've got really good prices and they always throw in a bunch of free samples, which is awesome. The only thing is, I keep getting sent BB creams even though they're not the right shade for me! But other than that, I've ordered from them so many times because everything has been great. Shipping is quick, usually less than 2 weeks, and I've never had problems with customs. Customer service has been friendly and fast every time I've had to reach out to them.
Troxederm repair mist
I bought the Troxederm repair mist from this site not too long ago. But, the product I got seems totally fake to me. I've used this mist from different trustworthy sellers in the past, and I could instantly tell the quality wasn't the same. So, I reached out to customer service about it, and they flat-out denied that it was fake. They wouldn't even let me return it. It's really worrying because using fake beauty products can seriously mess up your skin and health. I recommend to everyone to steer clear of buying from this website.
Cosmetics from website
So I went ahead and ordered some makeup from this website I found, and I was totally stoked to give them a whirl. But lemme tell ya, they sent my package all the way from Korea and it took ages to make its way to Canada. I just kept waiting and waiting, checking the tracking like a hawk, and it said it was dropped off, but I never received a thing! I tried reaching out to the courier and customer service, but they were absolutely no help. It was beyond aggravating, and in the end, I never did get my hands on the goodies I wanted. Overall, it was just a downright terrible experience.
Authentic products, quick delivery
I've been ordering from Jolse for years and I always got my stuff quickly and they were for sure the real deal. But, I kept asking to not include those little samples cuz of all the plastic and waste, and they never listened. So, I decided to look for my skincare somewhere else, gotta do my part for the environment, eh.
Affordable products, slow shipping
The shipping might be a bit slower than you'd think, but you can't beat the prices. The product descriptions are pretty basic, but you can always look into it more if you want. I've bought a bunch of stuff and I've always been happy with how it's packaged and the freebies they throw in.
Cushion purchase
I just bought a cushion from this website and was pretty excited to get it. But then I looked more closely and saw that the expiry date on the package was way sooner than I thought. It was a bummer because the website said they sell stuff with at least 18 months before it expires.

I gotta say, I was really blown away by how fast my order got to me and how legit the products were! It was my first time ordering from this site and I was so happy with how quick my package showed up. It actually got to me quicker than my order from another site that's still on its way. And to think Jolse is all the way in Korea but still managed to get my stuff to me so fast, that's pretty darn impressive. Definitely got my money's worth!

I just bought something, and once again, I gotta say I'm really happy with how quickly it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find free blotting paper in my package, and the samples were a nice touch too. It's great to be able to test out new products without having to buy a big size right away. Overall, I had a really good experience and I'm satisfied with what I got.
