Professional certificate courses
I gotta tell ya, I thought I scored a killer deal on some professional certificate courses recently. But man, was I in for a surprise! After just a few days, they started tacking on extra fees for every dang module. I tried reaching out to customer service, but no luck - no help at all. Doesn't look like this service is as legit as they say. I'm pretty ticked off and bummed that I wasted my hard-earned cash and time on this. You can bet I won't be sticking around with them. I'm taking my business somewhere else, for sure.

Wrong color hair extensions
I wouldn't suggest buying from this company at all. Their customer service was just terrible, and their return policy is just plain ridiculous. When I got my order, the hair extensions were totally the wrong color. And to add insult to injury, they take a 30% restocking fee out of your refund and also try to dock the shipping costs from it too. It's been a whole 4 weeks of going back and forth on email, trying to figure out the right refund amount, even after sending them proof. This company is just a scam, plain and simple.

Music production software subscription
Splice is seriously my ace in the hole when it comes to making music. I've been using it for ages and I honestly can't picture my music creation process without it. The one bummer is the subscription plan; I kind of wish I could get more than just 100 credits for $7.99 each month. It feels like a bit of a letdown to have a cap on what I can access when I'm in the zone creating tunes.

Knife purchase and excellent customer service
I just bought a set of knives from this company and had a great experience with their customer service team. I messed up my order and needed help to fix it. Dianne, the customer service rep, was so helpful and quick in sorting everything out for me. She saved me from having to deal with shipping and returning stuff, and she saved me a bunch of time. And the knives themselves? They are top-notch quality - some of the sharpest I've ever used. I definitely recommend this company for their awesome products and outstanding customer service.

Wide and comfortable shoes
I've been buying shoes from this company for years now, and I gotta say, the quality, price, and overall style of their wide and comfy shoes keep me hooked. As a size 11 (sometimes 12) in Canada, it's tough to find affordable and trendy shoes that actually fit well, especially after Payless Shoes closed down. But Just Fab has been a lifesaver for me.

I was super pumped to get my skincare stuff from Jolse, but man, the delivery time was such a bummer. I ordered it in late October and didn't get it until mid-December. That's like, over a month of waiting! It was like stuck in shipping limbo or something, and I was starting to think I'd never see my stuff. When it finally came, I was relieved to see it was all packaged up nice and tight, and I even got some cool freebies. But was it really worth the long wait? Next time, I'll for sure be ordering way in advance and not procrastinating until I'm in serious need of my skincare stuff.
