Skinny-legged person shoes, sizes run small
I bought some shoes that were supposed to be made for people with really skinny legs, so they ended up being pretty uncomfortable for those of us with average or wider legs. And to make matters worse, the sizes on the website were off, so the shoes turned out to be smaller than I thought, and they didn't fit right at all. It was disappointing to get something that wasn't what I was expecting, especially when getting the right size is so important for comfort and how well they work. I'll definitely let other people know about these problems so they don't run into the same issues when they're shopping.
Unhappy customer experience
This company's customer service is honestly horrible. I've been trying to buy something and use my credits, but I keep running into problems. The phone number on the website doesn't even work in my area, and there's no other way to get in touch. It's really unprofessional and annoying. I've seen other people having the same problem, so it's not just me. I want a direct way to talk about my account issues.

I've been sticking with this company since 2016 and so far, it's been all good. They've got a solid range of products and the customer service has been top-notch. Quick delivery is a big win for me since I'm always in a rush. I've had to do some returns and exchanges, but it's been easy peasy every time. I recently had a bit of a mix-up with my order and needed some help from customer support, eh. 4 pairs of shoes in size 7.5
I used to be a regular customer of this company, but after giving them another shot, I am really disappointed. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, all in size 7.5, the same size I always get with no problem. But this time, all 4 pairs were more than a centimeter too long. The boots were especially tight width-wise, even though I have normal width feet. The material of the boots was stiff and felt cheap, causing discomfort around my ankles when I walked. The quality of the shoes has definitely gone downhill, and they are not true to size anymore. To top it off, when I tried to get a refund, I was told I had to pay a restocking fee for something that wasn't my fault. This whole experience has been awful, and I don't plan on ordering from this company ever again.

Recently, I tried to return an item that was clearly the wrong size and it was a nightmare. They say they have free returns, but when I tried to print a return label within the 30-day period, there was no option for it. The shoes they sell are a joke - they're trying to sell cheap products as fancy, but it's a scam. One pair of boots I got didn't even come with matching laces - they were two different sizes! I'm finishing up my last monthly subscription for a bag, but after that, I'm done with them forever.
