Online dress purchase
I gotta tell ya, don't bother spending your hard-earned cash on this website! The way they handle things during this pandemic is just unbelievable, like, no empathy at all. I get it, companies have their rules and all that, but this is like a once-in-a-lifetime kind of situation and they should really cut their customers some slack. So my prom got canceled, right? And all I wanted was to return the dress I bought, still brand new with the tags on and all, but they straight up said no. It's just so frustrating! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else where they actually give a darn about the people buying their stuff.

I just bought something on your site, and man, the checkout was a pain. Took me forever to figure it out because the site's so confusing. And why can't I get rid of my old info? Plus, that pink sign about signing up for emails kept popping up like crazy. I've never had this kind of trouble shopping online before, so it was pretty disappointing.

I was kinda bummed when I couldn't find the PJs I wanted on the website. Since I'm in a different time zone, I decided to contact customer service to see when they'd be back in stock. Fay really came through for me by reaching out to all their suppliers to track down the pajamas. She not only found them but also gave me a customized shopping experience. It's not often you get that kind of personal touch in today's digital world, so it really made my experience with the company memorable.

I'm really disappointed with SpaFinder. I got a gift card to treat myself to a spa day, but a bunch of spas don't take their cards anymore because of problems with the company. It's made my experience a lot less enjoyable and I feel let down.

Useless plugs
These plugs are totally useless. I tried everything, but they just wouldn't pair or work right. I contacted customer service for help, but they were nowhere to be found. I ended up wasting my time and money on these plugs, and the only satisfaction I got was from smashing them on my driveway for some cathartic release. Both the indoor and outdoor plugs were equally disappointing.

Kennel and food crate
I got this awesome kennel and food crate from this place. The kennel is really durable and my dog can't break out of it, no matter how hard she tries. The food crate keeps her food fresh and ready for when she gets hungry. It also looks really cool in my room, like a mini fortress for my pup. It makes me feel like a responsible adult buying this for my puppy.

Expedited shipping
I am so frustrated with this store! I paid extra for expedited shipping, thinking I would get my order super quick, but it turns out they haven't even shipped it yet. What a rip-off! I thought I was going to get my stuff in 1-2 business days, but they only start counting once they actually ship it. It's like they are playing games with their customers.
