Overpriced, low-quality, bad return policy.
This store is just terrible, eh? Their clothes are way too expensive and poor quality. And don't get me started on their return policy – it's just the worst. I bought something and when I tried to return it, they only gave me store credit. What a joke! Couldn't even talk to anyone about it, customer service was seriously lacking. Save your money, don't bother with this store – it's a total scam, eh.
Online dress purchase
I gotta tell ya, don't bother spending your hard-earned cash on this website! The way they handle things during this pandemic is just unbelievable, like, no empathy at all. I get it, companies have their rules and all that, but this is like a once-in-a-lifetime kind of situation and they should really cut their customers some slack. So my prom got canceled, right? And all I wanted was to return the dress I bought, still brand new with the tags on and all, but they straight up said no. It's just so frustrating! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else where they actually give a darn about the people buying their stuff.
Sparkly dress was a no-go
So I ordered this really cute sparkly dress online, eh? But when it arrived, it was totally not what I was hoping for. The material was scratchy and the fit was all wrong. And when I tried to send it back, the customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to get my mom to take care of it because I was so upset. And on top of that, they wouldn't accept it back because of the pandemic! Not cool, eh?

I loved ordering from this place called Prom Girl online, eh! They had so many pretty dresses to choose from and they were all ready to ship, eh. It was cool because you don't have to try them on like in a dress store, eh. I also got credit buying online from Ebates, free shipping, no tax, and it came super fast and in excellent condition, eh. They even threw in a cute bracelet, eh!
I love shopping for dresses there
I've been shopping for dresses there for the past few years and I'm always super happy with my purchases. The dresses come really quickly and hardly ever have wrinkles. Plus, the selection is amazing!
Formal dresses
Just a heads up, be careful with sizes when ordering from this store because they might not be the usual sizes. If you need to return something, make sure to ask for authorization within 7 days or else you're out of luck. When I tried to get help with sizing problems, the customer service wasn't very helpful or understanding. They wouldn't even consider letting me pay a restocking fee or get store credit, it was just a straight up NO. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of flexibility and understanding.
Expedited dress order, delayed delivery
I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom, hoping it would arrive with the 2-day shipping I paid extra for. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. I placed the order on a Friday, but come Tuesday afternoon, I got an email saying there was some mix-up with the shipping and billing info not matching. They put my order under fraud review, which just made things slower. After proving the account was legit, they finally shipped the dress, but it arrived late. My daughter ended up missing her prom. It's really frustrating to deal with companies that don't communicate well and aren't efficient.

I had to dig through their website to find the full policy hidden in the Q&A section, which was not easy to find. They only give store credit for returns, except for certain items that are considered "qualifying," but they don't clearly indicate which ones. Even the packing slip didn't say anything about the short three-day return window, so I felt tricked and annoyed.
Burgundy dress
My experience with Prom Girl was not great. The dress I got was supposed to be burgundy, but it was more of a wine color when I got it. The size was all wrong, even though I used the measurements on the website. It was too big in the top and waist, and even too long for me at 5-foot-8. The alterations needed would cost more than the dress itself. But the return policy was the worst part. Prom Girl doesn't do refunds, even if you haven't worn the dress. They only do exchanges after checking every detail of the dress. Some people say they never got a different dress back, or even the one they sent. I had to keep the dress and find something else for my event. I really don't recommend shopping with them because of their misleading ways and bad customer service.
Glittery dress
I just bought a sparkly dress online and it was such a letdown. The dress was poorly made and the glitter was falling off everywhere. Within a few days of getting it, I knew I had to return it because it didn't meet my expectations. But the return process was a complete nightmare. Promgirl emailed me offering a store credit, but I wasn't okay with that because I didn't want to buy from a company that doesn't care about quality. I just ordered a prom dress and paid extra for next day shipping because I needed it for a special event. But, the dress got lost by the courier during delivery. I checked with the courier and they confirmed the loss. So now I'm trying to get a replacement or refund from the company.
Dress color discrepancy
I recently bought a dress from an online store and I was a bit disappointed because the color of the dress I got was not the same as the one on their website. The website showed a bright red dress, but what I received was more of a dull burgundy color. I reached out to customer service to ask for a picture of the dress in mustard, which I was thinking of exchanging for because of the wrong color of the burgundy dress. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide a picture of the actual color, which makes me wonder if the mustard dress is also not true to the picture online. This whole situation has made me doubt the accuracy of the colors shown on their website, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

My online shopping experience with this company was great, eh. The dress I bought looked even better in person than on the website, eh. It came earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise, eh. I actually bought two dresses at first because I wasn't sure about online shopping, but returning the second one was easy and hassle-free. The only thing is you only get 7 days to decide if you want to keep the item, eh. But overall, it was a really good experience and all the compliments I got on the dress made it totally worth it, eh.
Mini dress purchase
I dunno about you, but I had the worst time shopping at this fancy schmancy store for formal wear. I found this cute little dress online and got all excited to buy it, but three days later they tell me it's sold out. I tried asking customer service for other options, but no luck. And get this - the discount code they gave me for being a new customer didn't even work on anything else I wanted to buy. Such a pain in the butt!
Dress never received
I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I ordered a dress and was charged for it, but it never arrived, you know? I've been trying to get in touch with them for months now, sending multiple emails and trying to call, but I always get the same message saying the mailbox is full, eh. It feels like a scam and I am really disappointed with their lack of customer service and no follow-up on my order, you know what I mean? I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them, as it seems like you'll never get your dress or a refund, eh.
Beautiful dress for my daughter
I just bought a lovely dress for my daughter from this store and I have to say I'm pretty happy with the quality. The dress was exactly what was advertised and it fit my daughter just right, although we had to get it hemmed because she's a bit tall. The only problem was that there was way too much glitter, it was everywhere! Even though that was a bit much, my daughter loved the dress and looked so beautiful in it.

I bought a dress online but it never showed up! I tried to ask for my money back but they refused. The delivery guy said he tried to drop it off but that's not true, and I didn't even get a receipt. Stay away from them, they're the worst!
Homecoming dress
