I just got myself a camera case and man, I'm super happy with it. The quality is amazing, exactly what I wanted. The customer service was top-notch too. I had a little hiccup with the lens mount, but the support team fixed it up quick and smooth. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product. Overall, I'm seriously impressed with both the product and the service.

I bought a new set of tires from this company and got them installed. Everything seemed fine, but there was a delay in shipping because of some technical issue. After I contacted them, the tires were eventually sent out, but they didn't get to me in time for the road trip I had planned, which was frustrating.

I reached out to customer service to ask for a picture of the dress in mustard, which I was thinking of exchanging for because of the wrong color of the burgundy dress. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide a picture of the actual color, which makes me wonder if the mustard dress is also not true to the picture online. This whole situation has made me doubt the accuracy of the colors shown on their website, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

I bought some lipstick and eyeshadow palette online not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of the stuff. The lipstick was all clumpy and smelled weird, and the eyeshadow palette had really weak colors and didn't blend nicely at all. Honestly, I thought both of them were pretty crappy and definitely not worth the money.

Beth and her team were so helpful and really paid attention to what we needed. What made this store different was how they genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for. You could see that the employees liked their job, and I think that's because of Beth's great leadership.
