I just got myself a camera case and man, I'm super happy with it. The quality is amazing, exactly what I wanted. The customer service was top-notch too. Tire purchase with installation
I bought a new set of tires from this company and got them installed. Everything seemed fine, but there was a delay in shipping because of some technical issue. After I contacted them, the tires were eventually sent out, but they didn't get to me in time for the road trip I had planned, which was frustrating.

Timely responses, delayed delivery
I had a pretty good experience with getting quick responses to my questions and the product I got was good quality, just like I was hoping. But I was kinda let down by how long it took for the delivery. The website said it wouldn't take too long, but when it still hadn't shown up, I reached out to customer service and found out they were closed for a two-week holiday. It would have been nice to know that beforehand so I could plan accordingly.

Dress color discrepancy
I recently bought a dress from an online store and I was a bit disappointed because the color of the dress I got was not the same as the one on their website. The website showed a bright red dress, but what I received was more of a dull burgundy color. I reached out to customer service to ask for a picture of the dress in mustard, which I was thinking of exchanging for because of the wrong color of the burgundy dress. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide a picture of the actual color, which makes me wonder if the mustard dress is also not true to the picture online. This whole situation has made me doubt the accuracy of the colors shown on their website, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

Recent lipstick and eyeshadow palette purchase
I bought some lipstick and eyeshadow palette online not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of the stuff. The lipstick was all clumpy and smelled weird, and the eyeshadow palette had really weak colors and didn't blend nicely at all. Honestly, I thought both of them were pretty crappy and definitely not worth the money.

The customer service at this store was amazing. Compared to other stores in the area, SportChek in Alliston really impressed me. Beth and her team were so helpful and really paid attention to what we needed. What made this store different was how they genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for. You could see that the employees liked their job, and I think that's because of Beth's great leadership.

The jacket I bought ended up getting a bit discolored after I washed it for the first time, which was a bummer. However, I decided to contact customer service by filling out an online form. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a response within 5 minutes, and even more surprised when they told me they were already sending a replacement jacket my way within 20 minutes. The quick and effective response from their customer service team really impressed me, it made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I really appreciated how they handled everything so swiftly and professionally, making sure in the end that I was happy with my purchase.
