Seven clothing items
So, I bought seven pieces of clothing from this store recently and it was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. I ordered everything in size small, but when the items arrived, the sizes were all over the place. Some were way too big and others were too small to even try on. It was a real struggle to find something that fit well. On top of that, I had to pay for the return shipping which just added to my disappointment. And to make matters worse, the quality of the material wasn't up to par with what I expected. Overall, my experience shopping with them was not great and I'm probably going to think twice before buying from them again.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago, and I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by the whole experience. The clothes were not great quality, the stitching started coming loose after just a couple of wears. And the sizes were all over the place, it was hard to find something that actually fit me right. On top of all that, the customer service was pretty bad too. The staff seemed like they didn't know much about the clothes and weren't very helpful when I had questions or issues. So yeah, I wouldn't suggest shopping at this store because of the low quality stuff and service.
Jacket
The jacket I bought ended up getting a bit discolored after I washed it for the first time, which was a bummer. However, I decided to contact customer service by filling out an online form. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a response within 5 minutes, and even more surprised when they told me they were already sending a replacement jacket my way within 20 minutes. The quick and effective response from their customer service team really impressed me, it made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I really appreciated how they handled everything so swiftly and professionally, making sure in the end that I was happy with my purchase.
Pajamas
I went to the store in Metrotown, BC recently and man, the customer service was a total letdown. I asked about a possible sale coming up, and the cashier was all confident in telling me there wouldn't be one, so I went ahead and made a purchase. Can you believe the very next day there was a huge sale going on at the store? When I tried to ask for a price adjustment, the customer service was no help at all, taking forever to get back to me. Their lack of concern for making customers happy and their refusal to fix things really got me frustrated and feeling like they didn't care about me at all.
