Discounted purchase for educational instructor
As a teacher, I really like that Tirebuyer offers a discount for educators. But I found that the IDMe web tool they use asks for a lot of personal info, which I wasn't too thrilled about. I decided to reach out to their customer support team to talk about my worries. Even though I didn't answer all the questions on IDMe, the support person I spoke with was super nice and understanding. Thanks to them, I was able to apply for the teacher discount, which is a big help with how expensive things are these days. Overall, I had a good experience and will definitely keep Tirebuyer in mind for getting quality tires.
Military and First Responder Discount
Tirebuyer has a really good discount for Military and First Responders, which is why I decided to buy from them. Ordering online was super easy and I had no trouble finding and buying the tires I needed. However, I ran into a problem when it came to getting them installed. The shop I chose tried to charge me again for installation, even though I already paid for it. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to honor the prepaid install, but it was a hassle. My experience with Tirebuyer was okay overall, but the installation issue was frustrating.

OMG, I can't even believe it! I had to get new tires for my dad's car, and Tirebuyer came through for me! David and John were amazing and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My experience with this company has been so frustrating, eh. I placed my order and booked an installation, but then I didn't hear anything from them at all, eh. No confirmation email, no reminders, zilch. I only remembered my order because I took a screenshot of the confirmation page. When I tried to reschedule, it was a pain in the backside, eh. Multiple phone calls, promised appointments that never happened. The lack of communication and follow-through has really made this whole thing a letdown, eh.

I just wanted to talk about my recent tire purchase experience. At first, I was drawn in by the low prices offered by the company, but unfortunately, things didn't go as well as I had hoped. I contacted Tirebuyer, gave them all the info they needed, and followed their advice to send the tires back to the manufacturer for inspection. Dealing with all of this took more time and money than I thought it would, so I decided to just replace the tires myself. Even though I had a bad time with Uniroyal tires, I still bought a new set hoping to get some money back through the warranty.

My time dealing with that company was so annoying. I was all pumped to get these tires I ordered, but then it all turned into a major hassle. They delayed my order not once, but twice, and didn't even bother explaining why. The customer service I got was a mess, they weren't helpful at all, just made everything worse. And to top it all off, the guy installing the tires told me they were already on before I got a heads up from the company that they were delivered. It was a whole ordeal, lemme tell ya.
