The customer support I got was terrible. The person I talked to said they couldn't help at all and wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. They didn't even try to find out what went wrong or reach out to the courier service. I did everything they asked me to for the return, but they didn't seem to care. It seems like this company might be giving out fake return labels to avoid giving refunds, which is dishonest and wrong. This whole thing has made me really unhappy, and I've decided not to shop there again.
