Comfortable support without compromising style
These undies are amazing, eh! I've always been fussy about lingerie, but these pieces are comfy and supportive, which is hard to find in other brands. The fabric feels so nice on my skin, and they give me as much support as a regular bra. I've told all my pals about them, and they're loving them as much as I am. And the packaging is super cute, eh! It adds a fun vibe to the whole thing.
Defective bra replacement
I'm really upset about what happened at the store. When I called customer service about a faulty bra I bought, I was surprised they wouldn't exchange it. It wasn't mentioned on the website when I bought it, so I feel like I wasn't told the whole story. Their explanation that bras only last 6-9 months was not what I expected or wanted to hear. I deserve better quality and service from a store like this with a good reputation.
Pullover bra with back clasps
When I first went to the store, I wasn’t sure which bra style to try. So, I asked one of the staff for advice, and I was really impressed by how much they knew about the bras. They took the time to explain the differences between the styles and asked about what I liked before suggesting one. I ended up buying the pullover bra with back clasps, and let me tell you, it’s the comfiest bra I’ve ever worn. It fits perfectly and the fabric is so soft on my skin. Ever since trying this bra, it’s been tough to wear my old ones. I’ll definitely go back to NEIWAI for my future bra needs.
Dual warehouse purchase
My first order had stuff from two different warehouses, and it all went really smoothly. The things I got are top-notch, super comfy, and feel really fancy. The fabrics are soft, smooth, and just feel nice to wear.
Refund for undelivered package
I was bummed out at first when my package didn't come, but Neiwai totally made things right with their incredible customer service. They sorted out a refund super fast and listened to my worries right away. I really admired how they handled the issue and I'm so grateful for how quick they were to help. Unreturned item refund
I had a really frustrating time with a return at this store recently. I sent back an item using their prepaid label, and then waited a week before checking on my refund. The customer support I got was terrible. The person I talked to said they couldn't help at all and wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. They didn't even try to find out what went wrong or reach out to the courier service. I did everything they asked me to for the return, but they didn't seem to care. It seems like this company might be giving out fake return labels to avoid giving refunds, which is dishonest and wrong. This whole thing has made me really unhappy, and I've decided not to shop there again.
Two bras
I recently bought two bras from this company, and it was not the best experience. I was charged $25 USD for shipping, but the items came from China, not the US like I thought. I've been waiting for two weeks now and still no sign of my order, which is really annoying. Not knowing where my stuff was coming from was a real letdown.
The customer service was also really bad. I tried to contact them a few times about my order, but they never got back to me. The lack of communication just made me more frustrated and disappointed. On top of that, the products were too expensive for what I got. Overall, it wasn't worth it, and I won't be shopping with them again.Two bras
I ordered a couple of bras from this company and I absolutely love them! They came right on time and were in perfect condition. I've been wearing them constantly for over a year now and they're still in awesome shape. The fixed cup style has made a big difference and I couldn't be more pleased with my buy. I highly recommend them!
Comfy bras
These bras are seriously the most comfortable ones I own! I got some of my order pretty quickly, but the rest took forever to arrive, like two whole weeks. But let me tell you, the fit and comfort of these bras are worth the wait. I totally recommend them!
