I'm really upset about what happened at the store. When I called customer service about a faulty bra I bought, I was surprised they wouldn't exchange it. It wasn't mentioned on the website when I bought it, so I feel like I wasn't told the whole story. Their explanation that bras only last 6-9 months was not what I expected or wanted to hear. I deserve better quality and service from a store like this with a good reputation.

I was bummed out at first when my package didn't come, but Neiwai totally made things right with their incredible customer service. They sorted out a refund super fast and listened to my worries right away. I really admired how they handled the issue and I'm so grateful for how quick they were to help. I had a really frustrating time with a return at this store recently. I sent back an item using their prepaid label, and then waited a week before checking on my refund. The customer support I got was terrible. The person I talked to said they couldn't help at all and wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. They didn't even try to find out what went wrong or reach out to the courier service. I did everything they asked me to for the return, but they didn't seem to care. It seems like this company might be giving out fake return labels to avoid giving refunds, which is dishonest and wrong. This whole thing has made me really unhappy, and I've decided not to shop there again.
