Finally sorted, but it took way too long

Smaller orders from them before had gone fine, so I went ahead with a $170-ish cart. Then silence. Weeks passed. I kept getting told by customer service that it would arrive in three days, over and over, and I’d wait and nothing. That month of being bounced around was frustrating — had movers booked, my back worse, you get the picture. I pushed back, asked for a refund, opened a bank dispute, called and messaged until someone actually did something. The reps weren’t great, inconsistent answers, but eventually they issued a partial refund and shipped most items; a couple came scuffed though usable. So yes, annoying and stressful, but relieved it didn’t end up as a total loss. If you need something urgently, don’t count on speedy delivery here; be ready to chase customer service. Price was reasonable, so mixed feelings overall.
