Was sceptical, pleased.

Got it last week — delivery was slow, asked support twice, they sorted it, I’m oddly pleased.

Started using it this morning—felt solid, sceptical at first, now pretty satisfied, eh?

Opened the box and that's when I knew — everything looked solid, nicely packed, arrived sooner than I expected. Happy with it; wish tracking was clearer though.
Small risk, big relief

I was wary bad past orders made me hesitate, needed something for my sore back after moving. Turned out fine; comfy, customer support helped. Glad I took a chance

Bought a 30,000-amp torch for camping and evening dog walks — looks wild and the beam is impressive, though not as cinematic as the demo videos. It arrived fast and the support team answered my battery question right away, which helped. Not perfect (battery life could be better) but good value and handy around the yard.
Mostly solid, with quirks

the product blurbs read like AI copy, someone should clean them up.
Odd start, decent finish

I saw the site from a buddy’s link and ordered, pretty sceptical at first. The item arrived faulty and proving it took a couple of weeks — support was slow and frustrating. Then finally they issued a refund and that instant I relaxed, weirdly pleased. Not flawless, but I’d tell that buddy to try it, with a warning
Sorta fixed, still sketchy

document everything and don't expect much help. Wouldn't order again.

don’t assume disaster at first hiccup. Save screenshots, keep an eye on your bank for credits, and shop around within the app. If you’re willing to be patient and a bit proactive, you can dodge the worst of the hassle and sometimes be pleasantly surprised. Would I recommend it? With reservations — yes. Just don’t expect everything to be flawless, and be ready to follow up if something goes sideways. A small tip: try different sellers and watch for quick refunds — they actually happened for me.
Finally sorted, but it took way too long

I was unpacking and laughing at myself for trusting another big order — needed stuff for a move and my back was killing me, so I really wanted pillows and a decent chair quickly. Smaller orders from them before had gone fine, so I went ahead with a $170-ish cart. Then silence. Weeks passed. I kept getting told by customer service that it would arrive in three days, over and over, and I’d wait and nothing. That month of being bounced around was frustrating — had movers booked, my back worse, you get the picture. I pushed back, asked for a refund, opened a bank dispute, called and messaged until someone actually did something. The reps weren’t great, inconsistent answers, but eventually they issued a partial refund and shipped most items; a couple came scuffed though usable. So yes, annoying and stressful, but relieved it didn’t end up as a total loss. If you need something urgently, don’t count on speedy delivery here; be ready to chase customer service. Price was reasonable, so mixed feelings overall.

not great, not all lost — be cautious, keep screenshots, and be ready to push for a refund if needed.
