Returns & RefundsI saw the site from a buddy’s link and ordered, pretty sceptical at first. The item arrived faulty and proving it took a couple of weeks — support was slow and frustrating. Then finally they issued a refund and that instant I relaxed, weirdly pleased. Not flawless, but I’d tell that buddy to try it, with a warning
