ServiceI recently bought some clothes and had a bad time with the customer service on this website. The people I talked to and the chatbots were all over the place and didn't really help me out. They didn't listen to what I was saying and just did the same old things. And even after putting up with their slow and annoying process, they closed my issue saying it was fixed when it wasn't, which made me mad and unhappy. It was a big pain trying to get things sorted out, and I wasn't happy with how everything went down.
