Bought last week, items decent — delivery a tad slow, glad

Quick delivery, friendly service — product lives in my daily bag.

I was unpacking and laughing at myself for trusting another big order — needed stuff for a move and my back was killing me, so I really wanted pillows and a decent chair quickly. Smaller orders from them before had gone fine, so I went ahead with a $170-ish cart. Then silence. Weeks passed. I kept getting told by customer service that it would arrive in three days, over and over, and I’d wait and nothing. That month of being bounced around was frustrating — had movers booked, my back worse, you get the picture. I pushed back, asked for a refund, opened a bank dispute, called and messaged until someone actually did something. The reps weren’t great, inconsistent answers, but eventually they issued a partial refund and shipped most items; a couple came scuffed though usable. So yes, annoying and stressful, but relieved it didn’t end up as a total loss. If you need something urgently, don’t count on speedy delivery here; be ready to chase customer service. Price was reasonable, so mixed feelings overall.

I always get my orders from this site really quickly, and sometimes even earlier than I thought! The stuff I get is always in great shape and exactly what I wanted. I've never had any problems with my orders, which I'm super thankful for. All in all, I'm happy with the service and products I've gotten from this site.

I can't believe my delivery was supposed to come yesterday and it still hasn't shown up. I just want my package delivered to Flat 11, Hadlow House, Kinglake Street. And I need that Wish card sent to me so I can shop hassle-free in store and online. Come on, Wish, get it together!

The delivery for my recent order from Wish took way longer than I thought it would. I discovered that I could get similar items on other sites for the same price, but with quicker delivery. I do like the selection on Wish, but the slow shipping was a big downside for me, eh.
