100-piece order, dresser, missing parts, instruction manual, customer service, timely delivery, quality condition, price
As a customer of HomeSquare, I recently bought a 100-piece dresser and let me tell you, putting that thing together was a nightmare! The instruction manual was nowhere to be found, making it a real struggle. The dresser seems alright quality-wise for the price, but I'm pretty sure there are some pieces missing making the whole assembly even more of a pain. I tried contacting customer service for help, but no luck so far. Hoping they can sort this out soon!

Faulty order replacement
I recently got an order from your site that had a little issue with it. But thankfully, the customer service team was super quick and easy to work with. They were really helpful and as soon as I sent back the item, they sent out a replacement right away. It was a relief to not have to wait for a refund and then order the item again. I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Julie for all her help. I can't wait to get the replacement item tomorrow and hopefully everything will be perfect this time.

Cheap pet supplies
I totally love buying my pet supplies from this place! I've been ordering from them for ages and I've never had any issues with their stuff. I mean, sure, some folks might leave negative reviews but honestly, who gives a hoot! Their products work just fine for my pets. Plus, I score this generic stuff for a really sweet deal. Zoetis can yap away all they want, but I'm gonna keep on buying from this place.

Damaged coffee machine
My first coffee machine from Coffee Friend showed up in pretty rough shape! The box was all torn up and the machine looked like it had been through a battle. 🙁 Thankfully, they shipped me a replacement right away and everything turned out fine.
