I bought a suitcase with multiple colours from your company and I was kind of sad when I realized it clashes with my other stuff, especially the Coast Blue overnight bag with the cool SoundWave design. I thought swapping it for a better match would be simple, but it turned into a total mess. The company's exchange system is way too complicated and takes way too much time. They want customers to send back the item, wait for them to get it and process it, and then wait again for the new item to maybe be sent out. It's a long process that can be super annoying, especially if you're in a rush for a trip that's already started.

I had a pretty crappy experience with the warranty of the company I got my suitcases from. They say they care about us customers, but their warranty didn't show that. I have a bunch of suitcases from them and when I had a problem, their warranty was pretty disappointing. As a smart shopper, I think companies should back up their products and help us out when we need it. But this company didn't do that. I won't be buying from them again unless they step up and make some big changes to their policies.
