DeliveryI ordered this huge carry on suitcase with a pocket, thinking it was brand new, but when it arrived, it was actually used and all beat up. The box was a mess and had been taped shut, the case was scratched and some parts were missing, plus the zipper was broken. It definitely looked like someone had already used it and then sent it back. Pretty disappointing! After reading other reviews with similar complaints, I know I'm not the only one having this issue. I'm definitely returning it and won't be purchasing anything else from them in the future.
