Returns & RefundsI bought a suitcase from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was not impressed with the quality at all. I paid a pretty penny for it, but what I got was not worth it. Even though they have this whole "100 day worry free" return policy, they wouldn't take it back when I tried to return it brand new in the box. It really rubbed me the wrong way and I won't be buying anything from them again.

Returns & RefundsI bought a suitcase with multiple colours from your company and I was kind of sad when I realized it clashes with my other stuff, especially the Coast Blue overnight bag with the cool SoundWave design. I thought swapping it for a better match would be simple, but it turned into a total mess. The company's exchange system is way too complicated and takes way too much time. They want customers to send back the item, wait for them to get it and process it, and then wait again for the new item to maybe be sent out. It's a long process that can be super annoying, especially if you're in a rush for a trip that's already started.

That's the question I found myself asking after the stitching on the side of my product started coming undone. Despite the so-called "lifetime warranty," I was out of luck since this defect wasn't covered, leaving me extremely disappointed, eh. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on a product only to have it fall apart so quickly without any support from the company, you know? Not to mention, the strict 60-day review policy is completely ridiculous - how can anyone know if a product will last in just two months, eh?<br><br> Overall, the quality and customer service from this company seriously need improvement, especially given the price point, you know? I expected more and was left feeling let down and frustrated with the whole experience, eh.

Returns & RefundsI had a pretty crappy experience with the warranty of the company I got my suitcases from. They say they care about us customers, but their warranty didn't show that. I have a bunch of suitcases from them and when I had a problem, their warranty was pretty disappointing. As a smart shopper, I think companies should back up their products and help us out when we need it. But this company didn't do that. I won't be buying from them again unless they step up and make some big changes to their policies.

When I reached out to the store for help, I found out that even though they offer a lifetime warranty, it doesn't include backpacks after a year. I was pretty let down by this lack of coverage, and now I'm thinking about shopping somewhere else.

I've been waiting so long for my refund and it's really frustrating. I tried contacting customer service, but it's impossible to speak to a real person. Every time I try to chat online, it's just a robot and then I only receive an email afterwards. It's so annoying! I won't be buying from this place again, ever! And I wouldn't recommend it to my friends either. Not worth the hassle, seriously.
