OverallAs someone who travels a lot, I always trusted this brand for my luggage. But I gotta say, my recent purchase was a letdown. The quality has gone down a lot, and the prices are still crazy high. It used to be a safe bet for long-lasting luggage, but now it's a risk. Changing the return policy from 100 days no questions to 100 days unused shows they know the quality is going downhill. It's sad to see a brand that was so good, take a nosedive like this. I care about quality and dependability when I buy things, so unfortunately, I'll have to find another brand for my luggage from now on.
