Backpack zipper issue
I bought a backpack not too long ago, and now the zipper has gone kaput after just a year. I shelled out a lot of cash for it, so I was hoping for better quality and toughness. When I reached out to the store for help, I found out that even though they offer a lifetime warranty, it doesn't include backpacks after a year. I was pretty let down by this lack of coverage, and now I'm thinking about shopping somewhere else.
Overpriced luggage case
I was really let down by the luggage case I bought from this company. The quality was not up to par, and the wheels didn't work well enough to keep the case from dragging on the ground. I totally felt like I threw away my money on this buy. I was hoping for better considering how much I spent, but it just didn't live up to my expectations.
Bought a suitcase
I bought this suitcase online about a month ago, but I had to return it because it was the wrong size for my stuff. I've been waiting so long for my refund and it's really frustrating. I tried contacting customer service, but it's impossible to speak to a real person. Every time I try to chat online, it's just a robot and then I only receive an email afterwards. It's so annoying! I won't be buying from this place again, ever! And I wouldn't recommend it to my friends either. Not worth the hassle, seriously.
