I bought this suitcase online about a month ago, but I had to return it because it was the wrong size for my stuff. I've been waiting so long for my refund and it's really frustrating. I tried contacting customer service, but it's impossible to speak to a real person. Every time I try to chat online, it's just a robot and then I only receive an email afterwards. It's so annoying! I won't be buying from this place again, ever! And I wouldn't recommend it to my friends either. Not worth the hassle, seriously.
