    7-piece dining set purchase

    After getting that 7-piece dining set from the company, I was kinda worried at first because of all the bad reviews online. But it turned out to be a great experience. Everything from ordering to delivery went real smooth. Homesquare kept me updated with emails about my order and shipping. When I noticed that I didn't get all the boxes I was supposed to, I shot them an email. Would've been nice to talk to a real person, but they got back to me quickly and checked with the manufacturer to clear things up. The transit company and delivery service had good communication too. They arrived on time and the boxes were in good shape. Putting the set together was easy, and the quality was better than expected. All the pieces were there and there was no damage. Even though I was hesitant at first, I'm happy with how everything turned out and the product is really good quality.

    Nightstands and entryway table

    I have to admit, I was pretty worried before I ordered from HomeSquare because I read some bad reviews. I almost changed my mind and canceled my order. But, I'm happy to say that my experience with HomeSquare was actually really good. The package showed up when it was supposed to, and the furniture was packed really well - probably the best packaging I've ever seen. Everything was there, and there were no scratches or dents on the nightstands or entryway table. Plus, I saw the same nightstands for over $100 more on other websites. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely shop at HomeSquare again in the future.

    Cabinet purchase

    I just bought some cabinets from HomeSquare, and let me tell you, I was super happy with the whole thing. I'd been hunting all over for the same cabinets I had before, but couldn't find them in the usual stores. Then I stumbled upon HomeSquare online and thought I'd give it a shot. The price was fair, and the folks I talked to on the phone were really nice and helpful. Ordering on their website was a breeze, and the cabinets showed up earlier than I expected. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went. I'll definitely be keeping HomeSquare in mind for my next shopping spree.

    TV stand purchase

    Why is it that we only seem to leave reviews when something goes wrong? My recent visit to Homesquare wasn't perfect, but it was actually better than I expected. I ended up buying a TV stand from them, even though I read some mixed reviews, and I'm pleased to say that it was delivered on time and in great condition. The price was fair, the delivery was fast, and the product quality was exactly what I was looking for. All in all, a good experience that I just had to tell others about.

    Bought a couch

    So I figured I was pretty clever ordering a new couch from Walmart to steer clear of all the negative stuff I heard about them. But nope, I was way off base! They just kept pushing back my delivery date until I had to get a bit snappy and throw out a threat about leaving a bad review. And wouldn't you know it, they just outright cancelled my order! So now me and the fam are left high and dry without a couch for who knows how long. Not cool, dude. This company and their delivery service are both just a total mess. Take it from me, don't make the same mistake and steer clear of ordering from these folks!

    Wrong Color Table

    I just bought a table from this company, thinking it would be a natural color, but I got walnut instead. I even talked to their sales team before buying because the website pictures were wrong. But even after all that, I still got the wrong table. When I called customer service, they said it was just a color difference and wanted me to pay to send back the table if I wanted the right one. I feel kind of tricked and let down by this whole thing. I wish I had just paid a bit more to buy from a place like Wayfair that I know is more reliable.

    Cancelled my order

    Oh man, I had to cancel my order since my dad got sick and had to go to the hospital. 😢 I got in touch to see if I could cancel my loveseat, and they were so understanding. They said I could keep it and even gave me a discount since it was already on its way. Their customer service was awesome and they helped me out really quickly.

    As a customer of HomeSquare, I recently bought a 100-piece dresser and let me tell you, putting that thing together was a nightmare! The instruction manual was nowhere to be found, making it a real struggle. The dresser seems alright quality-wise for the price, but I'm pretty sure there are some pieces missing making the whole assembly even more of a pain. I tried contacting customer service for help, but no luck so far. Hoping they can sort this out soon!

    Oak book shelves purchase

    I just bought a set of oak book shelves from HomeSquare, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed. I shelled out over $400 for these shelves, but they never made it to my place in Missouri. Turns out, they got sent to a Holiday Inn in Little River, South Carolina by mistake. Dealing with HomeSquare has been a real headache - they haven't answered my calls or emails asking for a refund or tracking info. It wasn't until I mentioned taking legal action that they said they'd give me a refund in 3 days, but it's been a week now and still no sign of my money or any updates.

    I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I ordered a product and never got any confirmation of shipping, ya know. They didn't bother to communicate with me at all, and when I tried to get help, I heard crickets. It's frustrating to fork out money for something and then get ghosted, ya know what I mean?

    Book cabinets purchase

    I screwed up by not checking out the reviews before buying two bookshelves from HomeSquare. They both showed up damaged, and even after I quickly got in touch with customer service and sent over photos, I didn't hear a peep back. When I called, I could only talk to someone to buy stuff, not to sort out the problem. And when I tried reaching customer service, I just got directed to email them. But surprise, surprise... still no response even after days. It's pretty crummy when a company doesn't own up to their busted goods and doesn't bother to follow up with their customers.

    Dining room chairs

    The dining room chairs I bought from HomeSquare were a big letdown, eh. They came all busted and broken right when they were delivered, and let me tell ya, the customer service was just awful. I dropped $1,600 on a set of 4 chairs, so you best believe I was looking for some top-notch quality and service. But, man, it was all totally missing. When I tried to reach out about the chair issues, I either got crickets or useless replies that didn't fix a darn thing. It was pretty darn frustrating and disappointing to be treated so poorly after spending a fortune on their stuff.

    Bright gold lamps

    The lamp I ordered was supposed to be a sleek silver, perfect for my modern living room decor. But when it arrived, it was a gaudy bright gold that clashed horribly with everything in my home. Not only was this false advertising, but when I tried to talk to customer service, they said I had to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back. After weeks of going back and forth with their help line, they took HomeSquare's side, leaving me feeling frustrated and let down. I definitely won't be shopping at that store again.

    I just bought a dining table from HomeSquare, eh, and the color wasn't what I expected at all! The table was way lighter than the walnut color I saw in the photos and description. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong item not once, but twice, bud. Dealing with their customer service to try and return it was a real pain, they don't cover return shipping and have a bunch of rules and restrictions for returns. I'd definitely suggest steering clear of HomeSquare and finding a more trustworthy furniture company, eh.

    Sofa bed cushions

    Eh! Don't bother ordering from them, eh! It's already mid-January and I still haven't got the sofa cushions I need for the sofa bed I bought in December. They even delayed the delivery by 5 days without telling me why. And when the missing box eventually showed up, still no back cushions for the sofa bed. This kind of carelessness and incompetence just won't fly, eh.

    Futon bed purchase

    I'm really disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered a futon bed online and was told it would arrive promptly. But after waiting weeks, I found out there was a backlog and my delivery would be late. The store's lack of communication and transparency was frustrating and unprofessional. I won't be shopping here again.
