Eid outfit
My experience with this online store was really disappointing. I ordered an outfit for Eid and paid extra for faster shipping to make sure it would get here on time. But, after the date they said it would be shipped by came and went, I got an email saying it was out of stock. This was even after someone from customer service told me my outfit would arrive before Eid. The lack of communication and not caring about keeping customers happy was really upsetting. It's obvious that they need to work on managing orders better if they want to keep people coming back.

Three-week return policy
The return policy at this store is so frustrating! Who would actually believe that a 21-day return policy makes sense? It's already hard enough to find the perfect gift for someone, and then to only have a short time to bring it back if they don't like it is just crazy. Plus, there's no option for exchanges, so you're just stuck with something that might not be right for you or the person you bought it for. And forget about buying gifts ahead of time, because chances are you'll be past the return deadline when you finally give it. The lack of flexibility and willingness to assist is really disappointing.

Online matchmaking service
What a waste of time and money, eh? The matches were totally off and it felt like I was chatting with robots instead of actual people. The interface was all confusing and out of date, and there was no customer service to be found. Definitely not what I was hoping for in an online dating site.

Overpriced air purifier
I bought this air purifier for a lot of money, hoping it would make the air in my house better. But after using it for just a year, the motor broke and now it's making annoying clicking noises. The company and seller weren't helpful at all, so now I'm stuck with a useless machine that should just go in the garbage. It looks nice, but it doesn't work well at all. It's also way louder than other air purifiers out there. Such a waste of money, don't do what I did.

Futon bed purchase
I'm really disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered a futon bed online and was told it would arrive promptly. But after waiting weeks, I found out there was a backlog and my delivery would be late. The store's lack of communication and transparency was frustrating and unprofessional. I won't be shopping here again.
