2 air purifiers purchase
I recently bought 2 air purifiers from this company, one with a mobile app. I've had some problems with the app though. Firstly, it can't find my address properly and thinks my home is somewhere else. Even when I try to add the correct address, it won't update. I'm also worried about my privacy since I found out the app takes data from Facebook, Google, and Microsoft. I don't like that my personal info is shared without asking me. I think the company should be more clear about how they collect data.
Bought air purifier
I bought an air purifier recently and it's amazing! I didn't check reviews before buying it, but I heard some folks say there was no customer support. I reached out to them and didn't get a response, just like others warned. Luckily, I purchased it from a store that provides a one-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong, I'm all good! I would recommend avoiding buying directly from them.
Unethical and untrustworthy experience
I had a really bad experience with this company. I placed an order that never got shipped, and when I tried to get it reinstated and then canceled, the customer service agents were no help at all. Even after I tried to take my payment info off, they still managed to charge me. This company is sketchy and not ethical, so I would warn others not to do business with them.
Air filters purchase
So I picked up these air filters hoping they would work well, but man was I mistaken! The app keeps crashing, so I can't even link it with my smart home stuff. The software seems like it was put together by a newbie - it keeps losing WiFi and I have to reboot it all the time. The auto setting is all over the place, switching between super loud and super quiet. Also, the light is way too bright at night and the numbers are super hard to read. Definitely not what I had in mind!

I bought this air purifier for a lot of money, hoping it would make the air in my house better. But after using it for just a year, the motor broke and now it's making annoying clicking noises. I was really let down by the air purifier I bought. The filter got full super fast and was way too expensive. When I tried to clean it, I realized it could get wrecked easily. I bought a couple of air purifiers from this company recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. Expensive filters
The filters for this product are pretty pricey and can get all moldy inside, then start blowing moldy air into the room. The customer service didn't really seem too concerned about it, which was a bummer. I was told it was my own fault for not swapping out the filter every 6 months, but I think they should warn you about that when you buy it. In the end, having to buy new filters every year and paying for the electricity to run it all adds up to a pretty penny.

Air purifier fabric filters
So I bought these air purifier fabric filters, right? And guess what, turns out you can't even wash them without messing up the fabric. I tried doing a gentle wash with cold water, but it still ended up with pulls in the fabric because they're such low quality. On top of that, the velcro keeps snagging on itself and causing even more damage. Can't even show you pictures of how bad it is, sorry. And to make things worse, the customer service through chat took forever to respond, getting me all worked up and showing they really need to step up their game when it comes to efficiency.
Expensive product, difficult to get filter replacements
They really need to step up their customer service game! No one ever gets back to you when you have a question, and one employee actually told me it wasn't their problem to assist. The workers seem unmotivated and uninterested in helping out. On top of that, they really need to do better with their shipping procedures to the UK. It's frustrating to have a great product but struggle to get replacements or answers.
