Returns & RefundsI ordered an air filter from this online store and they said I'd get a refund if my order didn't come. Well, it's been a month and no air filter, no refund, just a whole lot of disappointment. Customer service didn't help at all and the whole thing was a huge letdown. Don't bother with this company, just stay away.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought a new ProL and it turned out to be defective, making a constant humming noise. I contacted customer service to get a refund, but after five months of back and forth, I got two more faulty replacements instead of a refund. It feels like a total scam - I still haven't gotten my money back. The devices might be okay, but the customer service after buying them is terrible and it's making me really mad.
