Overpriced air purifier
Overpriced air purifier
PriceI bought this air purifier for a lot of money, hoping it would make the air in my house better. But after using it for just a year, the motor broke and now it's making annoying clicking noises. The company and seller weren't helpful at all, so now I'm stuck with a useless machine that should just go in the garbage. It looks nice, but it doesn't work well at all. It's also way louder than other air purifiers out there. Such a waste of money, don't do what I did.

PriceI was really let down by the air purifier I bought. The filter got full super fast and was way too expensive. When I tried to clean it, I realized it could get wrecked easily. The design was bad - dust and dog hair got stuck on the fan and I couldn't clean it well. I had to spend over $500 on replacement filters just after three weeks. So now, instead of buying pricey new filters, I just wash the fabric one and use it again. Bottom line, the air purifier didn't do what it was supposed to - keep the air clean, especially with everything going on with the pandemic.

PriceThe filters for this product are pretty pricey and can get all moldy inside, then start blowing moldy air into the room. The customer service didn't really seem too concerned about it, which was a bummer. I was told it was my own fault for not swapping out the filter every 6 months, but I think they should warn you about that when you buy it. In the end, having to buy new filters every year and paying for the electricity to run it all adds up to a pretty penny.
