Finally running
Finally running
ProductHalfway through January I finally got it running after the retailer sent a functioning unit — I'd already received two faulty ones, so I was cautious. Once it stayed on, the room filled with steady, quiet airflow; it's a low, constant hum, not bothersome. Controls are straightforward and the plastic feels solid, though it picks up fingerprints and the filter twist is a bit stiff at first. I use it overnight and it actually keeps the air noticeably fresher. I'm relieved the retailer helped out; grateful it works now.
Not pet-friendly, sadly

ProductThe second I switched it on the room filled with this chemical tang — and that was before my cat even started acting weird. I got it because our apartment gets smoky from neighbours and my cat has sensitive lungs, so I was nervous about filters and off‑gassing. I honestly hoped those worries would vanish, but nope. After a couple days she was hiding and wheezing so I turned the unit off and she got better fast. It does seem to pull dust out and the air feels less stale, but the smell and the risk to my pet make it unusable for us.
Mid-winter rethink
Mid-winter rethink
Productit cleared the room faster than I thought and the auto mode is much quieter than full blast, which was a small surprise. Those noise worries mostly faded. But now I need a replacement and that exact filter is discontinued. I can buy leftover stock from resellers at a premium, but that’s not a real solution. So my earlier mistrust about proprietary consumables looks warranted. Good product, questionable long-term thinking.
Was wary, but it helps

Productwould it clear the cat hair and that dusty smell? Also the control panel looked fiddly in the photos, so I almost walked away. After two weeks it’s actually made a noticeable difference — less dust, mornings feel less stuffy, so that anxiety faded, not gonna lie. I’m genuinely glad I bought it. That said, the touch buttons are annoying; you do have to press way too hard sometimes, which still bugs me and makes me wonder about returning it. Overall happy it helps though.
Nice machine, useless filters — buyer beware

Product
the purifier itself is solid and I liked it — but the company makes keeping it useful a pain. I’m pretty annoyed and a bit bemused, honestly. So here’s the story like I’d tell a buddy over voice note.
Bought the Blueair 3250i last May. It looks good on the shelf, the app is easy to swipe through, and yeah, the room actually smells and feels cleaner — you can tell the HEPA is doing its job. I was happy at first. Then, fast forward a few months, I go to order replacement filters and that’s where the whole thing falls apart.
Tried the official site, tried every retailer they list for the UK, and nothing. Stock went poof. I’m left with a perfectly fine machine that’ll be useless once the filter life ends. Customer support sent that canned reply saying they don’t have a direct business presence in Europe and to check local retailers — which felt like being passed the ball back to me. Kind of infuriating, given they clearly have sales in the region. Felt like they were shrugging more than helping.
I’ve had better luck with other brands for spare parts — I once bought a vacuum where replacement heads were available forever, so I know this can be handled well. It’s frustrating because the unit itself is competent and even pleasant to use. The problem is the long-term cost and upkeep: if the filters disappear, you either stockpile a bunch in advance (who does that?) or buy a whole new purifier. Not great.
If you only care about short-term performance and like neat-looking tech, this will do the job. But if you want something you can actually maintain without detective work, look elsewhere. I’m halfway between annoyed and amused by the whole situation. Would’ve given a better write-up if the company had been proactive about spare parts — that would have changed everything. As it stands, I can’t recommend it unless you’re prepared to wrestle with finding filters or live dangerously without them.
Air purifier purchase
Air purifier purchase
ProductI bought an air purifier and it didn't come with the filter! I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times and all I got was the runaround. Now I'm stuck with a machine that's no good to me.
Purchased two air purifiers
Purchased two air purifiers
ProductI just bought two air purifiers from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. The first one came missing a filter, with sensors all messed up inside. I had to fix them myself, but without the filter, it was useless. The second unit looked like it had been used, it was super noisy, and there were dents all over it. The quality of these products is awful, and the packaging and delivery were a disaster. Honestly, I would not recommend buying anything from this company. The customer service is terrible, and you'll end up with junk and no help.
Air purifier fabric filters
Air purifier fabric filters
ProductSo I bought these air purifier fabric filters, right? And guess what, turns out you can't even wash them without messing up the fabric. I tried doing a gentle wash with cold water, but it still ended up with pulls in the fabric because they're such low quality. On top of that, the velcro keeps snagging on itself and causing even more damage. Can't even show you pictures of how bad it is, sorry. And to make things worse, the customer service through chat took forever to respond, getting me all worked up and showing they really need to step up their game when it comes to efficiency.
