DeliveryI had a really bad experience with this company. I placed an order that never got shipped, and when I tried to get it reinstated and then canceled, the customer service agents were no help at all. Even after I tried to take my payment info off, they still managed to charge me. This company is sketchy and not ethical, so I would warn others not to do business with them.

DeliveryI just bought an air purifier online and to be honest, my experience with the company hasn't been great. The constant delays in my order have been really frustrating. I decided to order directly from their website to get it quickly, but I've gotten a bunch of messages saying there are delays in shipping, pushing back the delivery date way past what they originally said. It's made me pretty disappointed and made me wonder if they're reliable or not. As a customer, I expect better communication and for things to be on time when it comes to delivering my order. Seeing bad reviews about their customer service only confirmed my worries, so I hope my feedback can help them do better in the future.
