Water filter subscription
I signed up for this sweet water filter subscription, but things went wrong real quick. They hit me with "we're rolling out a new and better filter so there's gonna be a delay" and I was cool with it at first, but then a whole month went by and still no shipment. I had to pull the plug on my subscription 'cause I got fed up waiting. It's a real bummer 'cause I was really digging my Nano filter. Now I'm crossing my fingers hoping I can track it down on Amazon.
Nalgene bottle filter
I drink tons of water every day, and I was a huge fan of this filter company before. But lately, things have gone downhill. Their customer service used to be amazing, and delivery was super fast, but now they never have any stock and seem indifferent. They keep saying they'll restock soon, but it never actually happens. And now they have this new filter that's supposedly eco-friendly, but it's terrible. It's like trying to drink water through a tiny straw, only worse! Their old filter worked perfectly, so why change it?

I used to absolutely love this brand, eh! Their filters were amazing, the service was top-notch, and my orders always showed up right on time. But lately, it's been a real bummer. I put in an order almost two months ago, got charged right off the bat, and I still haven't seen hide nor hair of it. The customer service at this company is just terrible. I had a really bad time dealing with them when I tried to order replacement water filters. The company's overall attitude was disrespectful and dishonest, so I ended up asking for a refund. I would suggest avoiding this company and looking for other options for your filter needs. Personally, I found some aftermarket replacement filters on Amazon for a way better price and got them in just two days. The water quality seems just as good as the original brand.
Faulty water jugs, unreliable filters
Just a heads up to anyone thinking about getting water jugs and filters from this company - don't bother. I bought two jugs with filters, one Epic and one Nano, and both were no good. They did send me new filters, but surprise, those were no good either! All four filters were messed up, which really makes me wonder about this company's quality control. How can I rely on a company that can't even make their products work properly?

I signed up for a replacement filter subscription, but when I didn't get my order and reached out, they refunded me and canceled my subscription. I had to bug them multiple times, and all I wanted was the filter I paid for. Instead of fixing the problem, they gave me a promo code for a product that was sold out. They really need to work on their communication and supply management.

I just bought a water filter and some replacement filters from this company and at first, I was pretty happy with everything. I recently bought a water jug and extra filters from this company. The filters are really good quality and give me nice, clean water. But when I needed a new filter, I had a bit of a letdown. The water filter is actually pretty good. It does its job well, filtering the water effectively. But the customer service is just terrible. The water filter works really well, no complaints on that front. But let me tell you, their filter replacement program needs some serious work. Leaking particles into the filtered water
The filter in the jug is letting out tiny particles that end up in our tea, and then when we drink it, the bits end up getting stuck in my throat. I've already cleaned the kettle, so that's not the issue. My son got me this new jug last week to use alongside the other one. After seeing the bad reviews from other buyers, I really should have checked them out first before buying this product. No point in contacting the company, it's probably not worth my time. Stick with the other filter brand instead. I've even taken pictures of the particles in the jug and in my milk-free tea, but I have no idea where to post them.
Replacement filter
I bought a new filter from your store not too long ago, and I have to say, it's top-notch in terms of quality and performance. But I've had a tough time trying to get another filter for my unit. I've been trying since February and it's been really frustrating. I hope we can sort this out soon because I really love the product and all the good things it does.
Filter design and ease of use
As a customer, I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with this filter. I love how the tap is placed low down, so the water doesn't sit at the bottom like other filters. This helps with better filtration and prevents any yucky stuff from getting in there. Plus, it's super easy to store and use. It's definitely a convenient choice for keeping my drinking water clean and safe at home.

But after waiting for 2 whole months, I realized it wasn't coming, eh. They didn't want to give me a refund even though I asked so many times, eh. Now I'm stuck with a jug that can't even filter my water properly, eh. Not cool, eh!
Bottle and jug filters
I've been a customer since November 2019. I usually buy bottle and jug filters from this company. Lately though, I've been let down by their service. My last bottle filter in October 2021 had some issues. In July 2023, I was charged for a bottle filter that never showed up. I didn't realize until November 2023 that I was charged for something I never got. It's kind of concerning that I had to catch the mistake and ask for a refund. They did refund me when I contacted them, but it makes me wonder if they would have fixed it on their own. I did get a free lid worth £19 in the past, but it doesn't really make up for the trouble caused by the billing mistake.

My order took so long to come, like 4 weeks! But when I called them, they were super nice and got everything sorted for me. I heard some folks in the UK had to wait forever for their stuff, but hey, at least the products are top-notch.
