Water jug and replacement filters
I recently bought a water jug and extra filters from this company. The filters are really good quality and give me nice, clean water. But when I needed a new filter, I had a bit of a letdown. I sent a bunch of emails and messages through their Facebook page, but never got a response. As a customer, I think I deserve better communication and support when I need help with a product I bought. It's frustrating not hearing back, especially when I'd rather buy from them directly instead of going to Amazon for new filters.

Home gym equipment purchase
I bought some home gym gear from Fitstore24 not too long ago and boy was I let down, eh. Thought the prices were fair at first, but turns out they were jacked up in preparation for a Black Friday sale. And when the sale finally hit, the prices went even higher, making me feel like I was getting taken advantage of, eh. The lack of honesty and transparency from the company really rubbed me the wrong way, eh.
