I recently bought a water jug and extra filters from this company. The filters are really good quality and give me nice, clean water. But when I needed a new filter, I had a bit of a letdown. I sent a bunch of emails and messages through their Facebook page, but never got a response. As a customer, I think I deserve better communication and support when I need help with a product I bought. It's frustrating not hearing back, especially when I'd rather buy from them directly instead of going to Amazon for new filters.

I bought some home gym gear from Fitstore24 not too long ago and boy was I let down, eh.
