International shipment
I bought something from this website for shipping outside Canada. At first, it sent me to a Canadian site cause of where I am. I thought that meant no import taxes. But when my stuff arrived, I found out I had to pay taxes and a fee for each item, since they were sent separately. I was kind of bummed because they didn't say anything about extra charges when I bought them.
Backpack purchase
I was so pleasantly surprised when I got my new backpack, eh! It had way more hidden pockets than I was expecting. The quality is top-notch, and I'm super happy with it. Plus, free shipping was a nice touch, and it came pretty quick, considering how it was sent. Overall, really satisfied with my shopping experience, for sure.

Power ranger duck figure
I never got an email saying my order was on its way, so that was a bit annoying. But when my package finally showed up, I was really surprised and super happy with what I got! The Power Ranger duck figure is so cute and really good quality, it's already a favorite in my collection. Now I can't wait to get the other Power Ranger ducks to finish the set. In the end, even though there was a lack of updates about the delivery, I'm really happy with my order.

One of the items I had ordered, a teapot, was broken upon arrival due to the box being damaged, eh. Despite this unfortunate incident, I reached out to Merchoid's customer service team via email and provided them with photos of the damaged item, eh. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick and professional response to my issue, ya know. The customer service team assisted me promptly and effectively, which I greatly appreciated, eh. Overall, despite the setback, I must commend Merchoid for their excellent customer service and handling of the situation, eh. I would encourage others to give them a try, as my prior experiences with the company have always been positive, ya know. Skyrim 600ml Dragon Emblem Tankard
I preordered the above item from Merchoid. It was estimated to be dispatched on the 19th of January. It is now the 8th of February and I have had zero communication from the company, despite sending several messages. The shipping status shows as "Unknown" on the tracking page, and as stated, they have blanked all my efforts to learn more about this item and its whereabouts.
I do not recommend this company to anyone as it appears that after they have taken your money, the actual delivery of the goods ordered seems to be a complete non-concern to them.
Zero communication, zero transparency, zero customer service. Buyer beware.Christmas Sweater
I'm really happy with the Christmas sweater I bought from this store. It came quickly and looked just like it did on the website. It fits perfectly and the design is really impressive. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and now it's one of my favorite things to wear. I'm already thinking about getting another Christmas sweater next year, but it's going to be hard to beat this one!

Harry Potter advent calendar
The delivery was super quick, just like the review title said. But when I finally got my hands on the Harry Potter advent calendar, I couldn't help but notice that the stuff inside could've been packed better. My partner, who I bought it for, has only gotten 3 gifts because they all fell to the bottom of the box. Not a huge deal, but a little extra glue could've fixed that. Despite this tiny hiccup, I'll still shop at Merchoid for my next buys.
Spongebob Christmas Jumper
I just got myself a Spongebob Christmas sweater from this store since I missed out on it last year. I saw a social media ad that reminded me to check their website, and lucky for me, they still had the sweater I wanted. I used the size guide for women since the sweaters are unisex, and ordered based on the measurements they provided. The delivery was surprisingly quick, and when I saw the sweater in person, I was amazed at how bright and colorful it was. The material is top-notch - thick, heavy, and guaranteed to keep me cozy during the holiday season. The size fit perfectly, and I can't wait for December to come so I can rock it. Two items
I just bought a couple of things from the online store and it was a great experience all around. The customer service through email was really good, they replied fast and were very helpful. The Loungefly clothing I got was top-notch, better than I expected. Plus, the international postal service they used for shipping was quick and efficient, I could track my items the whole time. The whole shopping experience was easy and fun, and I'm super happy with the service. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Jurassic Park merchandise
Man, these guys are a disaster. I ordered some Jurassic Park stuff from them, but they really messed up. They didn't send my order when they were supposed to, and then they tried to blame the delay on some EU VAT issue. When I tried to sort it out through PayPal, they flat-out said no to sending my order at all. So, fast forward two months, I thought I'd give them another shot and placed the same order again. And what do you know? They canceled it with some lame excuse about a previous disagreement. It's like they don't even want my money! I've shopped online a lot, and I've never dealt with such incompetence before.
Winter Soldier jumper purchase
I was so happy with how quickly I got my Winter Soldier sweater - less than a week, even though I ordered it on a weekend! The quality is top-notch, the design is awesome, and the material is super warm. The fit is just right and it's nice to have that work out when you're shopping online. I got a bunch of compliments on it, which really made my day. Even my wife wasn't into it at first, but she changed her tune once she saw how good it looked on me. I do wish it was a little cheaper, but for what you get, I think it's worth the cost. Haven't washed it yet, so fingers crossed it holds up okay. I'd love it if Merchoid made Die Hard, Doctor Who, and James Bond versions - I'd definitely be a repeat customer!

I really enjoy discovering cool stuff that relates to my nerdy hobbies, especially things linked to D&D, 40K, and LOTR. Merchoid has been awesome for me, they have a bunch of cool gifts that totally match my geeky side. I've found everything from dice sets for D&D to figurines for 40K, and even a Gollum-themed item from LOTR. The selection they have is just fantastic, and I've been super happy with everything I've gotten.
Mystery hoodies
I just bought some mystery hoodies and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how good they are. The material is top quality and the workmanship is excellent. I love the surprise of getting a mystery design, it really makes buying it more fun. Maybe they could let us choose a few fandoms in the future and get a surprise design from one of them. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to others.
