Truck break-in, fuel theft, missing tools
I just parked my truck at a hotel and it got broken into. They took all the diesel from my tank and some of my tools. It made me really mad and disappointed, especially because I've used this service before with no problems. The lack of security in the hotel parking lot was worrying and definitely affected my whole experience.

Bouquet for Mother's Day
I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the bouquet I got for Mother's Day. The flowers did not look anything like the photo online - they were wilted and just sad. It felt like they just threw together some leftovers and called it a bouquet. And let's not even talk about the lack of different flowers! I spent a good amount of money on this and was expecting much better. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Replacement water filter
I used to absolutely love this brand, eh! Their filters were amazing, the service was top-notch, and my orders always showed up right on time. But lately, it's been a real bummer. I put in an order almost two months ago, got charged right off the bat, and I still haven't seen hide nor hair of it. When I tried to get some help, they said they'd give me a refund, but it's been weeks and nothing. Feels like they don't give a hoot about their customers anymore. Think it's about time to start searching for a new water filter brand, eh.

Protective case disappointing
I hated the warranty that came with this case. It only lasted six months, and that's way too short for how much I paid for it. I've bought tough cases in the past, but they always end up breaking within the warranty period. I think I'll just stick to getting cheaper cases from now on since they last just as long. Why do we even have to pay more for a longer warranty?

I just bought a couch from that store and I gotta say, it was totally worth it. Yeah, the delivery took a bit longer because of the pandemic, but hey, stuff happens. I was so bummed out by my experience. I had spent ages choosing outfits for an upcoming work trip, only to find out that my order got cancelled for no reason. When I contacted customer service, they said there were some system problems and made me go through a bunch of verification steps, like giving personal info over social media. Even after doing all that, I still didn't get any answers and my card was still charged. It's super frustrating and seems really unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I bought some jewelry from this store as a gift not too long ago. But when we gave it, we found out it wasn't working properly. So I contacted the customer service and I was really happy with how they helped me out. Madison, the person I talked to, was super nice and fixed the problem really fast. It's good to know that if anything goes wrong in the future, the customer service team at this store is really good at taking care of things.

Oh wow, those flip flops are so awesome! They're really comfortable and the designs are amazing. I also picked up a t-shirt and hat, and they're really great too. I love that they support people in Afghanistan, Colombia, and Laos, it's so cool!

Waterproof remote replacement
So, I kind of did something silly by bringing my new remote into the shower with me. I know it's not waterproof, but I couldn't help myself. Obviously, it stopped working soon after. I decided to contact customer service to see if there was anything they could do. To my surprise, they not only replied quickly but also offered to send me a replacement free of charge! I was amazed - it was my own fault, but they still took care of me. I have to say, I'm really impressed with their customer service and how they handled the situation. It's not every day you find a company that goes the extra mile like that.

Shirts for my sons
My boys really dig the shirts I got them, so no complaints there on the quality. But man, that website was a total mess to navigate. It was far from user-friendly. The "Billing" and "Shipping" sections were all jumbled up, and after trying to fix them a bunch of times, I just threw in the towel out of sheer frustration. Looking for shirts was a real pain too, 'cause the colors weren't clear unless you zoomed in, and the titles for the shirt styles were way off. It made the whole shopping thing way more annoying than it should have been.

I gotta say, my experience with Vivino was pretty good overall. But, I think it would be helpful if they looked into using a delivery service that's more flexible. Like, I had to make sure someone 21 or older could sign for my package, and that was a bit of a hassle. Ended up having to go pick it up at a center instead.
