    Vegan leather couch

    The vegan leather couch I got from this store looks really nice in my living room, but I gotta say, it's not the most comfortable. The cushions keep sliding around and making noise whenever I shift even a little bit. I've tried everything to keep them in place, but nothing seems to work. The cushions are too stiff, which makes it hard to kick back and chill. It's a shame because it looked so good when I first got it, but now after using it for 8 months, the lack of comfort is starting to bug me.

    I just bought a couch from that store and I gotta say, it was totally worth it. Yeah, the delivery took a bit longer because of the pandemic, but hey, stuff happens. The customer service was great, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Putting the couch together was easy peasy, and it's so dang comfy. The material and craftsmanship give off a real classy vibe.

    Albany Park sectional

    The Albany Park sectional delivery was a total disaster. When the boxes arrived, they were in terrible shape - ripped, holes everywhere, and parts of the sofa were sticking out. It looked like someone purposely messed up the packaging. It's no wonder that two out of the six pieces were damaged. Albany Park sent replacements, but same thing happened again - the new packages were torn and messed up. Even the UPS driver was surprised by how bad it was, saying it was the worst he'd ever seen. Even though the customer service was quick to send replacements, the offer of only $75 for a damaged arm rest on a $2,000 couch was just not good enough. Overall, the whole thing was disappointing and frustrating.

    Kova couch from Albany Park

    Oh my gosh, do not buy from this place!! The couch we got, Kova from Albany Park, is terrible. It's like sitting on a cloud that's deflating all the time. And the reviews they show online seem to be fake or something - I left a negative one and they didn't even post it. It's so sketchy! Stay away for real!!

    The coffee table I ordered was great, but I was so bummed by how long it took to ship. The expected ship date passed, and when I checked in, they told me it hadn't even left yet. What's worse is when I tried to cancel because of the wait, they wouldn't let me. It's annoying to wait for something and not even be able to back out.

    Matching chair with ottoman

    I ordered a chair and ottoman set that was supposed to arrive together, but no one told me about a delay in shipping. When the first ship date came and went, I had to reach out to customer service, only to be met with more delays. Eventually, they split the order into two shipments, and the ottoman showed up first, while the chair took weeks to arrive. When the chair finally did come, it gave off such strong chemical smells that it gave me a headache and sinus pressure. I tried to return it under the "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" policy, but they would only take back the chair, not the ottoman. Customer service tried to say that they had always known about the separate ship dates, which was a lie.

    Damaged chair

    I'm really peeved about my recent purchase, eh. One of the chair legs came all messed up and cracked. I've tried calling and emailing the customer service folks multiple times, even sent them pics of the broken chair, but haven't heard a peep back. It's annoying to see that other folks are having trouble getting their problems fixed too, makes me wonder if this company is reliable and pro, eh. Since they're not communicating or fixing the issue, I'm thinking about taking it up with my credit card company for help, eh.

    When I bought a chair from the company, I was really let down by both the product and the customer service they gave. The chair didn't meet my needs at all and it fell short of my expectations. And when I tried to return it, they hit me with crazy high return fees and made the whole process way more complicated than it needed to be. I was left feeling annoyed and disappointed. This whole experience has given me a bad impression of the company, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else.

    $3000 furniture purchase

    I recently bought a bunch of furniture from a company and it ended up being a total disaster with the delivery. It all started on May 28th, 2021, when I ordered $3000 worth of furniture. They said it would be here in 3-5 days, but that wasn't the case for me. It took three weeks to get only half of my order, and the other half was someone else's furniture! Since then, they've tried to deliver the wrong stuff to me three times, and each time it was a fail. I'm still missing a big piece of my order, my couch. And to top it off, they told me it won't be in stock until the end of October, and then it'll take even more time to ship, so I won't have it until November. They only offered me $300 credit as a solution and said they couldn't do anything else. Now I'm stuck in a tough spot because I signed a year lease for my apartment and I won't have the furniture I need for six months. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I'm really not happy about it.

    Green velvet couch purchase

    My experience with the company has been a real mess, eh. I ordered a green velvet couch back in May, but I didn't hear anything until July. The communication was pretty bad, and every time I asked about the delivery timeline, it was just excuses and delays. The delivery date was a total disaster, with lots of broken promises and wrong info. When the couch finally showed up, it was just left at my doorstep without any heads up. This lack of professionalism and responsibility is not okay for a company like this. I'm really let down by how everything was handled.

    Blue velvet sectional

    I bought a blue velvet sectional from this store a few months ago, and honestly, I'm not super happy with it. The sectional looks nice and really brings my living room together, but I was bummed to find out that it's not real velvet – it's actually just a kind of fake velvet called microfiber. This makes the couch way less comfy than I was hoping for, with a cushion that's way too firm. I waited a while, but it didn't get any better.

    It might look okay in a fancy front room, but for the price I paid, I was expecting better quality and comfort. Also, the shipping was a real pain. It was supposed to be 2 weeks, but it got pushed back so many times and ended up taking 6 weeks to arrive. That was pretty annoying, especially because of the original timeline I was told.

    On the bright side, the customer service folks were really good and helpful throughout everything, so that was nice. Overall, the sectional is nice from far away and adds a cool touch to the room, but when you get close, it's just not that great. If you're looking for a cool piece, I'd suggest checking out other options with better quality for the price.

    Defective item

    I definitely suggest to people looking to buy from this company to do some research and check out the reviews first. I didn't do that and I really wish I had. When I got my order, it was obvious that it was defective and made of low-quality material. It seemed like the damage happened during shipping because of the cheap material. The customer service folks, Hope and Charmaine, were super unprofessional and not helpful at all. They wanted to charge me a crazy amount for return shipping and also asked me to bring the item down to the ground floor for the carrier to pick up. Dealing with them was so frustrating and not enjoyable at all. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same trouble.
