Unethical company practices
I had a really bad experience with this company, they just up and suspended my account for no good reason. Their customer service was just terrible, they couldn't even explain why they did it. They sent me a message on their app saying they were looking into it, but I was left totally clueless. It felt like they were unfairly keeping me from my own money. Honestly, nothing about dealing with this company was good at all.

Blue velvet sectional
I bought a blue velvet sectional from this store a few months ago, and honestly, I'm not super happy with it. The sectional looks nice and really brings my living room together, but I was bummed to find out that it's not real velvet – it's actually just a kind of fake velvet called microfiber. This makes the couch way less comfy than I was hoping for, with a cushion that's way too firm. I waited a while, but it didn't get any better.
It might look okay in a fancy front room, but for the price I paid, I was expecting better quality and comfort. Also, the shipping was a real pain. It was supposed to be 2 weeks, but it got pushed back so many times and ended up taking 6 weeks to arrive. That was pretty annoying, especially because of the original timeline I was told.
On the bright side, the customer service folks were really good and helpful throughout everything, so that was nice. Overall, the sectional is nice from far away and adds a cool touch to the room, but when you get close, it's just not that great. Drone ordered in January
I'm totally grossed out with this company. I ordered a drone back in January and now it's March, but still no drone in sight. I've been asking for updates on my order, but I'm not getting any answers. Feels like they just took my money and ran. I hope they use that cash to buy some ethics.

Inter-connecting flights booking
My experience booking connecting flights through this service was really disappointing. Just a day after booking, my flights got changed and I was asked to pay more fees to switch to different flights. Luckily, when I called the airlines directly, I managed to sort out the problem without any extra charges. But then, a week later, my flights got changed once again, and this time the other options provided were super expensive at over £200 per person. When I asked for a refund, they said it wasn't guaranteed and could take up to 3 months to process. I'm still waiting for the refund. Overall, my experience with this service has been frustrating and unprofessional.

False advertising
Those "too good to be true" offers turned out to be a total scam. I fell for the promise of amazing deals, only to realize they were all fake. Not only did I get my card payment refunded, but I also had to go through a bunch of unnecessary stress with my card company. It was such a waste of time! Do yourself a favor and don't get caught up in their sneaky tricks.
