Overpriced vacuum robot
I splurged on a fancy robot vacuum from this site, thinking it would be top-notch. But after only a year, it started acting up. I reached out to the company's customer service, and they said it was a faulty product and should be fixed by the seller under warranty. However, the site completely blew off my complaints. My 500 euro vacuum only lasted nine months before conking out, and I couldn't even use my rights as a consumer. I scoured Italy for months trying to find someone to fix it, but no luck, not even for a brand like Roborock. This feels like a total scam, and I might have to take legal action. It's not just an inconvenience, it's straight-up wrong.
Drones purchase
So, I bought a couple of drones from this website not too long ago. But honestly, it's been a bit of a headache. I ordered them at different times, and while one was paid for and all good, the money for that one just vanished into thin air. On top of that, the second drone never showed up, and I've tried to contact them through email with no luck. So now I'm out 400 bucks and honestly, pretty annoyed about the whole thing.
I ordered a tablet
OMG, eh! So I ordered a tablet on 06/06/2021, and let me tell ya, it took forever to come. I was freaking out because when I checked the website, it hadn't even been packed yet. I reached out to the seller and they said it was all because of COVID-19 messing with overseas shipping. Like, why didn't they mention that before I placed my order, ya know? Anyway, my tablet finally showed up on 15/07/2021 and I'm absolutely loving it, eh! The packaging was top-notch and it arrived in one piece. Now I'm thinking of ordering another one for my hubby as a surprise. Thanks a bunch, GearBest!
Expensive drone purchase
I bought this really expensive drone for 300 bucks, had to wait like two and a half weeks for it to get here, but it finally arrived with no problems. And you know what? It's been working like a charm for the last three years.
Kitchen appliances mix-up
I ordered two faucets, eh, but when the parcel arrived, it turned out to be a juicer instead, ya know? I told the courier I didn't want it and left it with them on the spot. Good thing I checked right away, eh! All this mix-up caused me grief and wasted a bunch of my time trying to sort it out, ya know what I mean?
Smartwatch and wireless earbuds
So like, get this - I ordered two things back in April and can you believe it? They never even bothered sending them! What a brilliant idea, right? Now it's like months later, and I'm still waiting for my refunds. The website was acting up for a whole day, probably a sign of things to come. But whatever, at least I eventually got my money back. I had a rough situation recently where I realized my wallet on the platform was mysteriously cleaned out of about 50 bucks. Overhyped tech product

I'm totally grossed out with this company. I ordered a drone back in January and now it's March, but still no drone in sight. I've been asking for updates on my order, but I'm not getting any answers. Feels like they just took my money and ran. I hope they use that cash to buy some ethics.

Man, I am so fed up with this company. I bought a phone back in October, paid for it and everything, but it's all the way in May now and still no sign of it. I've tried contacting their support team multiple times, even chatted with them, but all I get back are these generic responses that don't solve anything. Seriously, why can't they just send an email or a text to let us know what's going on with our orders?
Multiple orders over time
Over the years, I've placed quite a few orders with this company. It's a pretty good online platform with a lot of products to choose from. But one thing to keep in mind is that the shipping can take a while. For example, I had to wait two weeks for my stuff to show up, so if you need something fast, that might be a problem. One time, I had to wait a few months for a pre-ordered phone, the Elephone A4 Pro. They said sorry for the delay, and eventually, the phone came. I also had a couple of items that didn't work right, like the Amigo vape and the purple Invader 2/3. They gave me my money back right away for those. But when I got another Invader 2/3 in silver, it worked fine. The other phones I got, like the Uhans I8 Pro and a cheap red one, were all good after a few weeks. In general, I had a pretty good experience with this company, even with a few issues here and there.
Unfulfilled Order
Sorry, but my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I ordered something and it never showed up. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no luck resolving the problem. It's really disheartening to feel like I've been scammed by a company that should be reliable. I would recommend others to stay away and not get caught up in the same situation.
Unfulfilled order
I bought some stuff online but it never showed up. Instead of getting my money back, they sent me two vouchers worth the same amount. Problem is, I can't use them coz I can't get in touch with the website anymore. I tried to reach out for help but all I got was a robot reply. Now I'm out 38.95€ and can't get it back.

I tried contacting customer service to see what's up and even asked for a refund, but all I got were empty promises and more waiting. Customer Service Non-existent
Customer service is absolutely terrible. They never get back to you. My account got hacked or something because now it's gone. Definitely steer clear of this site.
Tech gadgets
As someone who's been shopping at Gearbest for a while now, I've seen a lot of ups and downs with their service. It seems like their prices are pretty good because they buy stuff in bulk straight from the manufacturers. But that also means you might have to wait a looong time for your orders to show up, like, sometimes more than six months. The return process and customer service are not great, to be honest. I always tell people to go for a refund instead of store credit because waiting half a year for your stuff is just not cool.
Battery order never received
I ordered batteries but they never showed up. I tried reaching out to the website a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. Not a peep from them at all. I'd suggest staying away from this site unless you want to get ripped off.
