It was awesome to order in advance and have all the things I wanted ready. Only one item was delayed, but they assured me that they would send a replacement before Christmas Eve!

I don't usually write reviews 'cause I'm always too busy playing video games, eh. But I had to share about these awesome phone cases! I used to buy those pricey ones that never fit my phone properly, eh. Then I came across this brand that makes cases out of straw and they're way more affordable, eh. Besides, they're eco-friendly and they feel really nice. I got a plain ivory one and it's the coolest case I've ever had, eh!

I just bought these shoes that were supposed to be real leather from this company, but when I got them, they were definitely not real leather. They were made of pleather or vinyl, not what I thought I was getting. The quality was pretty bad, not worth the price. And the customer service was no help at all; I wasn't sure they'd even take them back for a refund. Overall, I was really let down by the whole thing.

Over the years, I've placed quite a few orders with this company. It's a pretty good online platform with a lot of products to choose from. But one thing to keep in mind is that the shipping can take a while. For example, I had to wait two weeks for my stuff to show up, so if you need something fast, that might be a problem. One time, I had to wait a few months for a pre-ordered phone, the Elephone A4 Pro. They said sorry for the delay, and eventually, the phone came. I also had a couple of items that didn't work right, like the Amigo vape and the purple Invader 2/3. They gave me my money back right away for those. But when I got another Invader 2/3 in silver, it worked fine. The other phones I got, like the Uhans I8 Pro and a cheap red one, were all good after a few weeks. In general, I had a pretty good experience with this company, even with a few issues here and there.

The website was so easy to navigate, I found exactly what I was looking for right off the bat. When I contacted customer service about returning an item, they were really friendly and answered all my questions. This company really looks out for their customers and wants to make sure we get the best products.
