I recently bought the Floral Street discovery set as a customer and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how things turned out. I decided to order the set online and was really looking forward to trying out all the different scents. But when my order arrived, two of the perfumes didn't spray properly. Those were actually the ones I was most excited to try, so it was a real bummer. The scents were nice, but the faulty bottles definitely ruined the whole experience for me. It was frustrating, to say the least, and left me feeling pretty annoyed.

I splurged on a fancy robot vacuum from this site, thinking it would be top-notch. But after only a year, it started acting up. I reached out to the company's customer service, and they said it was a faulty product and should be fixed by the seller under warranty. However, the site completely blew off my complaints. My 500 euro vacuum only lasted nine months before conking out, and I couldn't even use my rights as a consumer. I scoured Italy for months trying to find someone to fix it, but no luck, not even for a brand like Roborock. This feels like a total scam, and I might have to take legal action. It's not just an inconvenience, it's straight-up wrong.
