T-shirts purchase
TeePublic is awesome, eh? Their t-shirts are such good quality and have the best designs to pick from. I've grabbed a bunch over the years and they've never let me down. The prices are great, especially when they have sales. I did have to contact customer service once about a sizing problem, and they totally impressed me with how helpful they were. They got back to me right away and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm for sure a huge TeePublic fan, eh!

Order never arrived
I ordered something on February 5th, 2023 and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but haven't heard back yet. Honestly, the service from this company is just terrible. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and follow-up on their end.

Really expensive stuff
The stuff is alright, but so freaking expensive. They're always having "sales" but they never have anything in my size. If you want a common size, you gotta pre-order and wait forever to receive it. And don't even bother with exchanging, everything is always sold out.
