Super long and comfortable pants
These pants are, like, so awesome because they are, like, super long and comfy, eh! I mean, seriously, they are the best, eh! The fabric is, like, amazing and the cut is, like, on point, eh. I've been buying them for years now and I just can't get enough, eh. Sure, sometimes the service is a bit slow because they don't have a lot of stock, but it's totally worth the wait, eh!
Awesome clothes
Oh man, I got these super cool clothes and let me tell ya, they are top notch! I've been getting them for ages now and I keep raving about how awesome they are. But there was this one time when my order took forever to get to me and I had to send a bunch of emails to figure out where it was. But hey, it did finally show up and the quality was still incredible.
Delayed Order
I just bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I placed my order at the beginning of June, and by October 31st, I still hadn't gotten it. I contacted their customer service several times, but all I got were excuses and no real answers about when my order would arrive. Dealing with a company that isn't upfront and doesn't offer good customer service is beyond frustrating. I'm really let down by how they handled my order.
In-stock sale items
It's no surprise that preorders come with delays, but for items that are supposedly in stock and ready to ship, the wait for processing and shipping is unacceptable. The prices are through the roof, and while the quality is good, it's not worth the hassle, eh.
Quality concern with recent order
I've bought stuff from this company before and usually I've been happy with what I got. But this last order I placed on April 2nd has been a letdown. They took my payment right away, but my order still hasn't been shipped. It's making me doubt how good their service really is, especially since their prices are pretty high. I'm thinking about reaching out to ask for a refund because of this delay.
Perfect fitting and comfortable pants
The pants are just amazing - they fit perfectly, are so well-made, and super comfortable. I've bought four pairs and I wear them to work every single day without fail. But, the only downside is how long it takes for them to show up. Usually, it's about a month or two before they arrive. Sometimes they come earlier than expected, but most of the time I just gotta be patient. If waiting around for your order isn't your thing, you might wanna try shopping somewhere else. Besides the pants, I've also given the jackets and some tops a shot. They're okay, but the sleeves are just too tight for my liking, so for now, I'm sticking to the pants.
Planted Leggings
I ordered a pair of Planted Leggings from this online store and I was so excited to get them. But here's the thing - I never got an order confirmation after getting charged. So I waited it out for like four whole days before I decided to email customer service. They gave me an order number, but still no confirmation email. Then it was like 10 more days went by with no updates, until they told me to download this special app for tracking. Even after using the app, still no shipping confirmation. So after waiting another 7 days, I emailed them again and finally got that shipping confirmation. But guess what? I still haven't gotten those leggings yet. I wanted to wear them on May 18th, but that's looking pretty unlikely now.
3 pants
I bought 3 pairs of pants from the website back in June 2022, spending more than $150. But now it's December 2023 and I still haven't gotten my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and they told me they couldn't guarantee when I would get my stuff. It's pretty disappointing that they haven't kept me in the loop about what's going on. Companies shouldn't take your money without giving you updates on when you'll get your stuff. I asked for a refund, but they said it needed approval first. I'm frustrated and not happy with how this business is being run.
Distressed denim pants
I recently bought a pair of distressed denim jeans from this online shop. I've had good luck with their stuff before, but this time I was really let down. The delivery took ages, and when the jeans finally showed up, they were all holey and frayed. The website didn't mention that they were distressed, just called them a "polished casual style", which was pretty misleading. Plus, there were no captions for visually impaired customers, so people with vision issues wouldn't even know about the distressing from the pics. Definitely a case of buyer beware!
Lots of pants
I bought a bunch of pants from this one place and man, it took forever for them to send them over to me. I was constantly bugging them about when they were gonna ship them out and all they kept saying was "soon", but that "soon" never came. And when they finally did send them out, they didn't even have all the pants I wanted, only half of them arrived. Not cool at all, dude.
Sale items not shipped
I just made a purchase of some stuff on sale, hoping to get a good deal. But I was let down when my stuff didn't get shipped. I reached out to customer service for a refund, but they said no at first, so we went back and forth over email before they finally gave me my money back. Even after that bad experience, I decided to give them another shot and ordered more stuff recently. But it's been a month now and my stuff still hasn't been shipped. That's just not cool in today's competitive market. Even though I like their denim stuff, the slow service and delivery times are just too much. It's a shame, really.
Expensive Pants
I went all out and bought these pricey pants, but they still haven't shown up. It's been forever since I ordered them, and every time I check in, I just get the runaround. They keep blaming manufacturing problems, but after hearing other people's experiences, I'm not convinced. Eventually, they did give me my money back, but it's definitely soured my shopping experience.
Pants order
I ordered a pair of pants back in early June, but it didn't arrive by early August. When I called customer service, they told me about shipping delays, so I decided to cancel the order. It was disappointing because I've always liked their products and reliable customer service. Even though I was let down, I gave them another shot and ordered again in mid-August. Unfortunately, after five weeks, the order still hadn't shown up, so I had to cancel it again. It's too bad to see a company that's known for being good mess up like this.
