I just bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I placed my order at the beginning of June, and by October 31st, I still hadn't gotten it. I contacted their customer service several times, but all I got were excuses and no real answers about when my order would arrive. Dealing with a company that isn't upfront and doesn't offer good customer service is beyond frustrating. I'm really let down by how they handled my order.

It's no surprise that preorders come with delays, but for items that are supposedly in stock and ready to ship, the wait for processing and shipping is unacceptable. The prices are through the roof, and while the quality is good, it's not worth the hassle, eh.

Oh man, I got these super cool clothes and let me tell ya, they are top notch! I've been getting them for ages now and I keep raving about how awesome they are. I recently bought a pair of distressed denim jeans from this online shop. I've had good luck with their stuff before, but this time I was really let down. The delivery took ages, and when the jeans finally showed up, they were all holey and frayed. The website didn't mention that they were distressed, just called them a "polished casual style", which was pretty misleading. Plus, there were no captions for visually impaired customers, so people with vision issues wouldn't even know about the distressing from the pics. Definitely a case of buyer beware!

These pants are, like, so awesome because they are, like, super long and comfy, eh! I mean, seriously, they are the best, eh! The fabric is, like, amazing and the cut is, like, on point, eh. I've been buying them for years now and I just can't get enough, eh. Sure, sometimes the service is a bit slow because they don't have a lot of stock, but it's totally worth the wait, eh!
