I just made a purchase of some stuff on sale, hoping to get a good deal. But I was let down when my stuff didn't get shipped. I reached out to customer service for a refund, but they said no at first, so we went back and forth over email before they finally gave me my money back. Even after that bad experience, I decided to give them another shot and ordered more stuff recently. But it's been a month now and my stuff still hasn't been shipped. That's just not cool in today's competitive market. Even though I like their denim stuff, the slow service and delivery times are just too much. It's a shame, really.
