Hasty shoe purchase, unsuccessful return process
I recently made a quick decision to buy a pair of shoes, but then changed my mind and tried to cancel my order. Unfortunately, customer service told me it was too late to cancel, which was a bummer. They said I could return the shoes after they were delivered, so I waited patiently. When the shoes finally arrived, I followed all the return steps, including sending in photos like they asked. But, I'm still waiting for clear instructions on what to do next with the return. I even tried to find a UK address to return the shoes, but no luck, which just made me more frustrated. By the way, the quality of the shoes isn't that great - they feel flimsy and not very durable. I'm hoping to get some help soon with finding the right address to return them.

Pants order
I ordered a pair of pants back in early June, but it didn't arrive by early August. When I called customer service, they told me about shipping delays, so I decided to cancel the order. It was disappointing because I've always liked their products and reliable customer service. Even though I was let down, I gave them another shot and ordered again in mid-August. Unfortunately, after five weeks, the order still hadn't shown up, so I had to cancel it again. It's too bad to see a company that's known for being good mess up like this.

Trousers and a blouse
I really liked all the different styles and sizes they had at the store, but I thought the prices were a bit steep. The clothes were really high quality though, and I liked that the company has sustainable practices. The store looked really nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing is, I had some trouble with ordering online - it was kind of confusing and took a while for my stuff to arrive.

Bamboo ski poles purchase
I recently bought a set of bamboo ski poles from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how awesome they are. The bamboo looks really nice and is super strong and light. I love that the company cares about sustainability and the environment when making their products. These poles have been amazing on the slopes, giving me great grip and stability while I ski. I totally suggest Soul Poles to any skier who cares about the environment and wants top-notch gear.

Muse Hoody & Sweatpants
Just got the Muse Hoody & Sweatpants in gravel heather and they are amazing. The quality is so good, super luxurious, and they look awesome on me. I'm 5'10" and 59kg, and the small leggings and medium top fit me just right. I'm really happy with my purchase and might get them in a different color next time for sure.
