Toasted orange foulard cravat
I recently got this beautiful silk cravat from ARTEMEST and it's top-notch quality. The pattern of the foulard on the toasted orange background with deep blue details really stood out to me, reminding me of the stunning views I had in The Lakes Region of Italy. The tie came right on time, wrapped up nicely with a sweet gift card like I asked for. The colors of the cravat are classy and vibrant, and the stitching and design are just perfect. There's a lot of silk in it, making it a fancy accessory. I'm sure my husband will absolutely love this special and stylish gift. Recently purchased pillows
I recently bought some really nice pillows from this company. The pillows I got matched the description and pictures on their website exactly. The quality of the pillows is outstanding and I'm really happy with my purchase. The delivery time was a bit longer than I would've liked, but I was pleasantly surprised when the pillows arrived earlier than expected. I got my parents two lovely plates for Christmas 2021. The Square Plate Country Donkey Ride and the Square Plate Serenade were both so beautiful and reasonably priced. Even though I ordered them pretty close to Christmas, Artemest made sure to get them to me in time. I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived and how well they were packaged. The plates looked just like they did on the website, and my parents were thrilled with them. I've already told my friends and family to check out Artemest because of their amazing products and top-notch customer service.
Hotpot purchase
I bought a hotpot from this company and it's amazing. The quality is top-notch and it's beautifully made. The service I got was excellent too - smooth delivery, perfectly packed package, and on time. I'm super happy with my purchase and it's now on display in my kitchen after a successful hotpot cooking night. Thinking of getting another one, but in a smaller size this time to add to my collection.

Beautiful dishes
The dishes I ordered were so hard to find in Canada, ya know? But when they finally got here, I couldn't believe how well they were wrapped up. I was a bit anxious about them getting wrecked during delivery, but they showed up on a massive pallet all safe and sound. And you know what? When I noticed a price drop on the site right after I ordered them, they were speedy to give me back the extra money. These dishes are just so beautiful, I'm absolutely in love with them!
Photo album gift for friend's baby shower registry
I picked up this really neat photo album for my friend's baby shower and it was just so cool! It was handmade and all the way from Italy. The folks at the store were super friendly and helped me out with figuring out when it would get there. They even let me toss in a cute little gift card with it. My friend was over the moon with the gift, she absolutely adored it!

Rubber foot replacement for Altek Depositato barstool
I gotta say, I was super impressed with the customer service I got from Charlotte Wendt at this company. Usually, customer service can feel so robotic and impersonal, but Charlotte was different. She was so on the ball, quick to respond, and really went out of her way to help me track down a replacement rubber foot for my barstool. She asked for photos and measurements, arranged the order, and made sure it got to me fast. Charlotte was there for me every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm so thankful for her top-notch customer service.
Italian handmade vase
So, I bought this really cool Italian handmade vase from Artemest, and let me tell you, the quality was next level! But man, did I go through some stuff with the supplier - delays on delays, damaged packages, you name it. Thankfully, Simona, the rep I dealt with, was a total pro. The gorgeous umbrella I bought for my Mom was such a good pick. It arrived right on time and in one piece, which was a big relief. The umbrella is not only nice to look at, but it's also really useful. The colors and design are just perfect, and my Mom absolutely loves it. The espresso cups I bought are just beautiful! The craftsmanship and design are so unique and delicate. I thought they'd be a perfect souvenir from my trip to Europe since they reminded me of the gorgeous dishes and cups I saw in the apartment I stayed at in Rome. The packaging was so good, my order arrived in perfect condition at my home in Canada. Now, I proudly display the cups on my shelf, along with other keepsakes from my travels. I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this product. The customer service was also amazing - they were so responsive and really took care of me. You should definitely order from them!
GIOIA BEIGE NIGHTSTAND purchase
The customer service at this store is so great. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me out a lot when I was buying the GIOIA BEIGE NIGHTSTAND and Antinoo head bust. These things I got are top-notch and really show off the amazing work of the Artisans at Galleria Romanelli. Only thing is, I did notice that some items in the store seemed a bit too pricey for what they were. Make sure to read those item descriptions carefully and ask for more photos if you need to before dropping some serious cash. But still, I would totally suggest checking out this store for some cool and unique pieces.
