    Soho pullover purchase

    I recently picked up a Soho pullover from this store and I usually really like their stuff, but this time was a letdown. It fit me just right and I thought it'd be a go-to piece in my closet, but after wearing it only a couple times, it started pilling like crazy and even got holes underneath the sleeve. For what I paid, I was hoping for much better quality. I got two different colours of the pullover and unfortunately, both had the same problems. And on top of that, when I tried to contact customer service through their app to let them know how I felt, there was no way to file a complaint. Seriously frustrating!

    International return policy issue

    I was really let down by the return policy and customer service at this store. They claim to make returns easy, but that was not my experience at all. I'm from the UK and was pretty surprised to find out that I had to sort out and pay for returns all the way to the US, instead of somewhere closer like the UK or EU. That's not what I would call "easy returns" and it doesn't seem to follow UK consumer protection laws. Plus, the terms and conditions were so vague about return locations, which just added to my frustration. All in all, this whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth and I'll definitely be taking further steps to deal with this problem.

    Leggings from a store in NYC

    So I bought these leggings from a store in NYC and they were a big letdown. I only wore them a couple of times and they already started falling apart at the seams. I contacted the company, sent them pictures of the faulty item, and they said they would send me a return label soon. But after waiting for 9 days, I had to reach out to them again, only to find out that because I'm outside the US, I have to pay for the return shipping, which is no small cost. This lack of responsibility on their part is just not okay, especially for a so-called premium brand.

    Sweatpants purchase

    You know what, those sweatpants I bought were just terrible. Seriously, after wearing them only a few times, they looked like they'd been through a battlefield - all pilled and worn out. I hadn't even washed them yet and they were already falling apart. I tried to return them, but Alo didn't seem to care. I paid a lot for those pants and I feel totally scammed. The only good thing I can say is they were comfy at first, but that doesn't matter when they start falling apart so quickly.

    I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this brand, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. One of the items I got was low quality and started acting up after just a few times using it. Plus, when I needed to send back one of the items, I had to pay a lot for shipping and packaging, and the brand didn't offer to help cover those costs. As someone who's not in the US, this whole situation has made me think twice about shopping with this brand globally. I'm hoping they can come up with some better solutions in the future to make international shopping easier for us customers.

    Hey there, So, I'm an international customer and I gotta tell you about this recent online purchase I made. I completely based my decision on the photos on the website, right?     I had to cancel something I bought not too long ago and it was a bit of a pain. I was told over the phone that I didn't have to do anything else as the refund was already happening, but the package still showed up a week later. When I contacted customer service and asked about it, they wouldn't pay for the shipping to send it back even though it was still in my cancellation window. I tried emailing several times but didn't get any replies, and the people on the phone were pretty rude when I finally called.

    White t-shirt and skirt

    I recently bought a white t-shirt and skirt from this place and honestly, I was super disappointed with the quality. The t-shirt was a weird fit, way too wide around the waist and made of crappy fabric. Even though I ordered a small, it just didn't sit right, so I had to return it. The skirt wasn't any better, it got all wrinkly the first time I wore it. The shorts underneath were crazy thin with no elastic, so they kept riding up all day. Sure, the color was cute, but the fabric was terrible and the whole thing looked cheaply made. I much prefer Lululemon's stuff, it never loses its shape like these items did. All in all, I won't be buying from here again.

    Ordered a product online

    I ordered this super awesome thing online, and it never arrived 🙄 I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, and all they said was that they'd send me a replacement, but I never received any emails about it. Eventually, I got fed up and said, "Just give me a refund!" and they were like, "Sure, you'll get an email eventually." Ugh, I doubt I'll ever see that money again, it's so frustrating!

    High-priced yoga mat

    I was really bummed about the yoga mat I bought, even though I paid a good chunk of money for it. The thing started falling apart after just a few times using it, and the surface was coming off in bits. When I sent the company photos of the damage, they just said it was normal wear and tear - like, seriously? I was so annoyed with their response and now I'm not happy with the product or their customer service. Next time, I'll definitely be buying a new mat from a different, more reliable company.

    Got a cozy set online

    Oh my goodness, I was really looking forward to getting my cozy set and wearing it over the holidays. But after washing it just once, it shrunk like crazy! I made sure to follow all the care instructions, but it ended up looking like baby clothes. When I went back to the store, the manager was so rude and didn't even bother to help me out. Like, what's the point of having care instructions if they don't even work properly? I'm so disappointed.

    It's all fine and dandy when your order arrives in a jiffy, but it's a real bummer when the things you get are too tiny! The clothes I got weren't even the right size, and sending them back was a real hassle. The postage to return them to the US cost more than what I paid for them.     I just bought 2 pairs of sweatpants from this store, eh, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality.     Multiple pairs of Muse sweat pants

    I recently bought a bunch of sweat pants from this company. When they first arrived, I was happy with how they fit and how comfy they were, so I ended up getting three more pairs a month later. But, after wearing one pair a few times and washing it in cold water (and not putting it in the dryer), I noticed that the fabric got all pilled up. It looked terrible! I reached out to customer service and sent them a pic of the damage, but they weren't helpful at all. They didn't offer any solutions. I ended up spending over $400 on these pants that turned out to be really bad quality. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company. They don't back up their products and they sell stuff that's not up to snuff.

    Muse Hoody & Sweatpants

    Just got the Muse Hoody & Sweatpants in gravel heather and they are amazing. The quality is so good, super luxurious, and they look awesome on me. I'm 5'10" and 59kg, and the small leggings and medium top fit me just right. I'm really happy with my purchase and might get them in a different color next time for sure.

    This fancy yoga mat supposedly lasts a long time, but in reality, it fell apart after just a few months. The layers started coming off, making the mat useless. When I contacted customer service, they basically said tough luck. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't hold up and then get unhelpful customer service. Their website doesn't provide much info either, making it seem like they're hiding something. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience and won't buy from them again.
