I had to cancel something I bought not too long ago and it was a bit of a pain. I was told over the phone that I didn't have to do anything else as the refund was already happening, but the package still showed up a week later. When I contacted customer service and asked about it, they wouldn't pay for the shipping to send it back even though it was still in my cancellation window. I tried emailing several times but didn't get any replies, and the people on the phone were pretty rude when I finally called.
