Soho pullover purchase
I recently picked up a Soho pullover from this store and I usually really like their stuff, but this time was a letdown. It fit me just right and I thought it'd be a go-to piece in my closet, but after wearing it only a couple times, it started pilling like crazy and even got holes underneath the sleeve. For what I paid, I was hoping for much better quality. I got two different colours of the pullover and unfortunately, both had the same problems. And on top of that, when I tried to contact customer service through their app to let them know how I felt, there was no way to file a complaint. Seriously frustrating!

Unprofessional Business Practices
After finding out about the shady business practices of that company through a friend, we've made a decision to steer clear of any future dealings with them. Their lack of skills and communication, along with their habit of dragging things out, just don't cut it for us. It's important to have trust in business relationships, and they just don't meet the mark. I won't be passing on their financial services to anyone in my network, business or personal. They really need to think about how their actions impact the future of their company. I strongly suggest they take a different approach, both for the sake of their customers and the company as a whole.

Makeup removal cloth
I wasn't too sure about makeup removal tools, but I gave the Makeup Eraser cloth a shot. And you know what? I was actually pretty impressed! Even though I'm not big into makeup and mostly use non-waterproof stuff, this cloth easily wiped away all my makeup. Plus, it's super soft on the skin and simple to take care of. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well this product works, and I might just have to buy it again down the road.

Expensive couch
I can't believe I wasted so much money on a couch that fell apart after just a year and a half! And when I contacted customer service, they had the nerve to say it was out of warranty and I'd have to pay full price for repairs. What kind of company doesn't back up their product?! They just want to take your money and disappear. I won't be fooled into buying from them ever again.
