Stadion earbuds
I've been using the Stadion earbuds for a long time now, and let me tell you, they're my all-time favorites. They're super comfy with the stretchy band around the neck that fits my ears just right. The battery life is amazing, lasting for hours on end so I can use them on the go without worrying about charging them all the time. I love the convenience of the buttons on the earbuds - I can switch songs, answer calls, and adjust the volume with ease, without having to dig around for my phone. But, recently I had to get a new pair from Amazon because I couldn't find them on the official website. Kinda bummed about that, I hope they haven't stopped making them. These are the only earbuds that actually stay put in my ears no matter what, and finding a replacement has been a real struggle.
Plattan 2 headphones
My experience with the Plattan 2 headphones was really great. I had the original Plattan headphones for about four years and they were super good - really strong and lasted a long time. When it was time to get new ones, I decided to go with the Plattan 2 because they were still a good price and seemed just as good as the original ones. But then I had a problem with my new headphones after only a few months. I emailed customer service and they replied super fast and were really helpful. They sent me a new pair right away, no problem at all. Overall, my experience with the Plattan 2 headphones and Urbanears customer service has been really positive.
Plättan 2 Bluetooth headphones
Just grabbed myself a pair of the Plättan 2 Bluetooth headphones and oh my goodness, I am absolutely amazed! I've been a fan of this company for a while now, starting off with their wired headphones and now moving on up to the wireless ones. The sound quality is fantastic, the battery life is super impressive, and the design is sleek and comfy. I couldn't be happier with my buy and I'll definitely be sticking with this brand for all my headphone needs.
Headphones replacement ear cushions
I bought my headphones at that store about four years ago, and I just noticed that the ear cushions were wearing out. When I found out they didn't make replacements for my model anymore, I emailed customer service. They got back to me quickly and offered to send me new ear cushions for free. I'm really happy with the service I got, and now I can enjoy my headphones again with the fresh cushions.
Wireless headphones
The customer service at this store is just amazing, eh? I was so impressed by how much they really cared about making sure I was happy as a customer. They went above and beyond to help with any problems I had and didn't give up until everything was fixed just the way I wanted. I felt like they truly valued and appreciated me every step of the way, eh?
Wireless Headphones
I got these wireless headphones a couple of years ago and they still work great! The sound quality is awesome and the battery life lasts me all day. I don't see myself needing to get new ones anytime soon.
Warranty claim for headphones
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service at this company. So, my headphones just up and died on me one day. I reached out to customer service, and they asked for more info and some pics of the headphones to file a warranty claim. And you know what? They sent me a brand spanking new pair of headphones to my door in just one week. Can you believe that?
