Waste of life and money
Man, spending all that extra money on those 'cool' products was a huge mistake. The right ear bud never works, and I've wasted so much time online trying to fix it. It's so frustrating and those products are just terrible, they really suck.
Lost charging case for earphones
Ya, so I lost the charging case for my earphones, eh, and had to order a new one. But, oh no, I ordered the wrong type, ya know? So, I tried to return it and get the right one, but man, the return process is a total nightmare, eh. I filled out all these forms for help, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. The lack of communication and customer service is just brutal, eh. Now, I'm probably past the return date and stuck with a useless case, eh.
Alby earbuds with smaller buds
The Alby earbuds caught my eye because they had smaller buds, which I liked. But, I've run into many problems with them. Even though I turned off voice control on my phone, the earbuds keep calling random contacts whenever I put them in my ears. It's been really annoying and embarrassing. On top of that, I'm having trouble with the connectivity now because only one earbud connects at a time. All in all, I'm not happy with how these earbuds work and how reliable they are.
Shoddy earphones
Man, these earphones are such a mess. Every time I try to use them, it's like a 50/50 chance if they'll both connect or not. I have to reset them constantly just to make them function right. The touch function is so hit or miss, it rarely picks up what I'm trying to do. And don't even get me started on that strong chemical smell that won't go away. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money on these supposed 'high-quality' earphones. I've had better luck with a super cheap pair I got from another online store.
My awesome new earbuds
I just got these awesome new earbuds that are perfect for when I need to relax before I lose my cool. They're really easy to use and help me stay calm when everything around me is going nuts.
Bluetooth speaker Ralis
I bought a Ralis bluetooth speaker and used it in my bedroom for less than 4 months before it died. I emailed their customer service on 27/12/2020 and was told to give them my address, receipt, and serial number. But, even though I did that, I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really disappointing that they're not helping me after the sale. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
Plattan 2 wireless headphones
Man, I gotta say, those headphones from this company have really gone downhill over the years. I've bought wireless headphones from them like 3 times in the past 10 years, but my most recent purchase was a total bust. The earpads and headband material on the Plattan 2 wireless headphones are seriously flimsy now. I mean, I've barely worn them like 10 times and already the red lining is falling apart on both the earpads and headband. Plus, Urbanears doesn't even offer replacement parts anymore, so what's the point of their modular design? It's like they're trying to skimp on quality to save a buck. The headphones used to be both durable and stylish, but now they're just plain unreliable. It's a real shame to see a brand I used to adore fall so hard. I bet the new version has the same issues since they're using the same shoddy materials. Even my Tove Lo limited edition Plattans couldn't hold up to this low quality.
Plättan 2 Bluetooth headphones
Just grabbed myself a pair of the Plättan 2 Bluetooth headphones and oh my goodness, I am absolutely amazed! I've been a fan of this company for a while now, starting off with their wired headphones and now moving on up to the wireless ones. The sound quality is fantastic, the battery life is super impressive, and the design is sleek and comfy. I couldn't be happier with my buy and I'll definitely be sticking with this brand for all my headphone needs.
Baggen speaker - Wifi Function
I just bought the Baggen speaker with wifi from this brand, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. Setting it up was a total nightmare, and even after I finally got it working, the sound quality through wifi was awful. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this brand. Before this, I had their Plattan headphones, which also ended up being low quality. They stopped connecting after I used them for a little while. It seems like these are cheap products made in China, even though they are priced on the higher side.
Wireless earbuds
These wireless earbuds are a total nightmare, eh. The syncing problems are so annoying - they always lose connection with each other and it's a pain to get them back on the same page. Customer support sending me a new pair didn't solve anything, the issue keeps happening. The touch controls are a mess, they don't work right and the music stops and starts on its own. And to make things worse, they don't even stay in my ears properly. Don't bother with these headphones, they're just trouble, eh. Save yourself the hassle and stay away, bud.
Headphones replacement ear cushions
I bought my headphones at that store about four years ago, and I just noticed that the ear cushions were wearing out. When I found out they didn't make replacements for my model anymore, I emailed customer service. They got back to me quickly and offered to send me new ear cushions for free. I'm really happy with the service I got, and now I can enjoy my headphones again with the fresh cushions.
Platten wireless headphones
I'm really upset about the Platten wireless headphones I bought because the fabric fell apart after only using them twice. It's just not right for the product to break down so easily, especially when they weren't cheap. When I contacted customer service to fix the problem, they weren't very helpful or understanding. I would recommend steering clear of this brand and checking out other headphone options instead.
Overstated battery life, inconvenient user interface
I'm really not happy with these headphones. They're supposed to last 15 hours on a full charge, but I have to keep recharging them every 6 hours or they die on me unexpectedly. And the touch controls are a pain - they keep doing things I don't want, like calling people by accident. It's especially annoying when I'm trying to relax in bed and the controls keep messing up.
Wireless headphones
The customer service at this store is just amazing, eh? I was so impressed by how much they really cared about making sure I was happy as a customer. They went above and beyond to help with any problems I had and didn't give up until everything was fixed just the way I wanted. I felt like they truly valued and appreciated me every step of the way, eh?
Plattan 2 headphones
My experience with the Plattan 2 headphones was really great. I had the original Plattan headphones for about four years and they were super good - really strong and lasted a long time. When it was time to get new ones, I decided to go with the Plattan 2 because they were still a good price and seemed just as good as the original ones. But then I had a problem with my new headphones after only a few months. I emailed customer service and they replied super fast and were really helpful. They sent me a new pair right away, no problem at all. Overall, my experience with the Plattan 2 headphones and Urbanears customer service has been really positive.
Order of replacement cushions for headphones
I recently bought some new cushions for my headphones, but I accidentally got the wrong ones. Unfortunately, I couldn't return them, so I had to pay for the return myself. It's been over a month now since I ordered the right cushions and I still haven't gotten them. I feel like I wasted 22 euros for nothing. I know I made a mistake too, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them directly to avoid this kind of hassle. Also, it's worrying to hear that they delete bad reviews from their site, it makes me question how honest and trustworthy they really are.
Ear pods
I had a really bad time shopping with this company. I bought two ear pods, but only got one. Even though I emailed for help, I haven't heard back in a week. I still haven't gotten a refund or a replacement. It's really annoying to deal with such bad customer service and long waits. Not having a phone number to call for help just makes it worse. I told my friends to stay away from this company, and I'm thinking about doing more to get my money back and fix this problem.
Stadion earbuds
I've been using the Stadion earbuds for a long time now, and let me tell you, they're my all-time favorites. They're super comfy with the stretchy band around the neck that fits my ears just right. The battery life is amazing, lasting for hours on end so I can use them on the go without worrying about charging them all the time. I love the convenience of the buttons on the earbuds - I can switch songs, answer calls, and adjust the volume with ease, without having to dig around for my phone. But, recently I had to get a new pair from Amazon because I couldn't find them on the official website. Kinda bummed about that, I hope they haven't stopped making them. These are the only earbuds that actually stay put in my ears no matter what, and finding a replacement has been a real struggle.
Faulty Urbanears Jakan earphones
After snagging two pairs of Urbanears Jakan earbuds from a store, I was bummed when both refused to power up or sync with my phone after charging. Despite looking cool and being supposedly top-notch, these earbuds were a total dud. I hit up Urbanears through their web chat for support, which turned out to be super quick and easy to get help from their customer service team. The people I chatted with were nice and knew their stuff, but in the end, they agreed that the earbuds were busted and suggested sending them back to the store. Ticked off by getting two duds, I decided not to bother trying for a third pair.
Wireless Headphones
I got these wireless headphones a couple of years ago and they still work great! The sound quality is awesome and the battery life lasts me all day. I don't see myself needing to get new ones anytime soon.
