Man, I gotta say, those headphones from this company have really gone downhill over the years. I've bought wireless headphones from them like 3 times in the past 10 years, but my most recent purchase was a total bust. The earpads and headband material on the Plattan 2 wireless headphones are seriously flimsy now. I mean, I've barely worn them like 10 times and already the red lining is falling apart on both the earpads and headband. Plus, Urbanears doesn't even offer replacement parts anymore, so what's the point of their modular design? It's like they're trying to skimp on quality to save a buck. The headphones used to be both durable and stylish, but now they're just plain unreliable. It's a real shame to see a brand I used to adore fall so hard. I bet the new version has the same issues since they're using the same shoddy materials. Even my Tove Lo limited edition Plattans couldn't hold up to this low quality.

Just bought some silk pillowcases from this company and I gotta say, I was blown away by their service. The product quality was amazing and it was clear they really care about their customers based on how they treated my order.

It's been twelve weeks now and still no sign of my order. The first one came late and when I tried to return it, I couldn't even access the returns section on the website. Customer service wasn't much help either, didn't seem to fully understand my questions. I'm still stuck trying to return the package and get a refund for something I never even got. The tracking info they gave me is either wrong or impossible to find. The stuff is good quality but dealing with all this hassle just isn't worth it.

I messed up and ordered too much, but luckily customer service was super quick to fix it. They canceled the extra stuff right away and refunded my money faster than a squirrel finding a nut. And returning that ring that didn't fit was so easy. The whole thing went as smooth as a smoothie.

I bought one of their soap bars recently and I gotta say, it was a total waste of money, eh? The price was way too steep for what I got. The smell was barely there and the shower experience was meh, to say the least. After only a few times using it, the bar was practically finished. I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure. Maybe their advertising is good, but the actual product doesn't live up to what I was expecting.

I bought some nail polish and lipstick from this brand and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality. The nail polish was shiny and lasted longer than other brands I've used. The lipstick was smooth, with a nice color that stayed on all day. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from this brand again.

So, I booked a room on this site and let me tell you, it wasn't the greatest. The room I ended up with was so noisy, like not ideal at all. I made sure to include that in my review. Plus, turns out I paid 50€ more booking on this site than I would have on another one for the same room - what a bummer, right? And to top it off, they tried to bury my review just because it wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. Like, come on, all I wanted to do was share my honest experience!
