I recently bought two dresses from this online store and I was really disappointed with both. The dresses I got looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Not only that, they were way too big even though I ordered my usual size. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was surprised to only be offered a 10% refund if I kept the dresses. That just didn't sit right with me, especially since I was still within the refund period. And to top it off, I used Clearpay to pay for the dresses, which was a mistake on my part. It took way too long for the delivery to arrive, and I've already made three out of the four payments. Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience and I can't wait to get my refund so I can delete the app and never shop here again.

I was kind of bummed when my package took longer to arrive than I thought, turns out it was coming all the way from overseas. But when my dress finally showed up, I was super happy with how well it fit and how comfy it was. It's gonna be just right for my trip to the city next month.
