Oversized dress disappointment
I recently bought two dresses from this online store and I was really disappointed with both. The dresses I got looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Not only that, they were way too big even though I ordered my usual size. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was surprised to only be offered a 10% refund if I kept the dresses. That just didn't sit right with me, especially since I was still within the refund period. And to top it off, I used Clearpay to pay for the dresses, which was a mistake on my part. It took way too long for the delivery to arrive, and I've already made three out of the four payments. Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience and I can't wait to get my refund so I can delete the app and never shop here again.
Dress for upcoming city break
I was kind of bummed when my package took longer to arrive than I thought, turns out it was coming all the way from overseas. But when my dress finally showed up, I was super happy with how well it fit and how comfy it was. It's gonna be just right for my trip to the city next month. Thanks for giving me a great product even though it took a while to get here.
Got my order early
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how quickly my order got here! I barely had to wait at all before it was at my doorstep. And whenever I had questions, the customer service team was super prompt in getting back to me. I'm thrilled with my purchase, it's exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Recent online purchase
Oh my goodness, what a nightmare! I ordered something nearly three weeks ago and just found out it's been sent - can you believe it? Now I gotta wait even longer for it to get here. The service is just terrible and this company is a complete rip-off. Don't even bother with them!
Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes from this shop and I was super happy with how quickly they came. They fit me nicely and are really comfy. But I'd suggest to others to maybe go a size smaller because the sizes are pretty big.
Size trouble
I went shopping and the sizes were all over the place! Normally I wear small or medium but this time I had to go for large or extra large. It's really frustrating and confusing. I just want clothes that fit properly!
Pair of trainers
I just bought a pair of sneakers from this online shop and let me tell you, I was pretty impressed with how nice they were. The shoes came in good shape, although the color was a bit off from what I thought it would be, probably because of the photos. Even so, they were still really nice and comfy. I was happy with my whole shopping experience and would definitely think about buying from there again.
tops and skirts
I was really looking forward to receiving my package from Ivrose, but when I finally got it and opened it up, I was really let down. The clothes looked nothing like they did on the website, and the sizes were way off. The material was not what I was hoping for, and there were some key details missing from the product descriptions. The tops were too snug, and the skirts were too brief. I definitely won't be shopping at Ivrose again.
dress, size 10/12, medium
So, eh, I ordered this dress in a size medium because I'm usually a UK size 10/12. When the dress arrived, it was like, way too big on the top half for me. But the material seemed pretty good quality. The only thing was that the delivery took forever, even though they kept updating me with the tracking. I'm just super impatient, you know?
Long wait for order, unhelpful customer service
It's been twelve weeks now and still no sign of my order. The first one came late and when I tried to return it, I couldn't even access the returns section on the website. Customer service wasn't much help either, didn't seem to fully understand my questions. I'm still stuck trying to return the package and get a refund for something I never even got. The tracking info they gave me is either wrong or impossible to find. The stuff is good quality but dealing with all this hassle just isn't worth it.
Great selection, prices, discounts, shipping options, delivery issue
I was really impressed with all the different stuff they had to offer and the prices were super competitive. They had great discounts and lots of shipping options which made shopping really nice. But, I ran into a problem with my delivery because the UPS driver dropped the package off at the wrong place, so then I had trouble finding it.
Swim suit fabric dress return drama
Man, I can't believe this. I bought a dress from this company and it feels like it's made out of swimsuit material. I've tried returning it three times now, and every time they offer me a different partial refund. I've had it up to here! In my last email, I just asked them straight up if they were playing games and to just tell me how to return the dress. It's taking so long that I'm scared I'll run out of time to return it before they give me a clear answer.
Recent dress purchase
I just bought a dress from an online store the other day. The colors on the website really caught my eye at first. But when the dresses finally came, they weren't as bright as they looked in the pictures. Still, when I tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised by how good they looked on me. They fit well and I felt amazing in them. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Top ordered in June
I'm not sure what to say, eh. I ordered a top at the beginning of June, it was sent from China and it's currently stuck in a depot in Essex. I still haven't received it, trying to stay positive but it's not looking great, eh.
Recent parcel delivery
I had a bit of a rough time with a delivery recently. Got an email saying they tried to drop off my package but couldn't. They told me to get in touch with the local delivery spot or just go grab it myself. Normally, the mail person leaves a note if they miss you in England. This mix-up was super annoying and ended up being a big time-waster for me.
Dress fabric disappointment, difficult return procedure
I just bought a dress from this website and I was super disappointed with the fabric quality. The dress looked nothing like the pictures online and felt like a cheap bathing suit material instead of a nice dress fabric. The return process was really hard, so I ended up keeping this awful piece of clothing. It was a really disappointing experience overall, and I won't be ordering from this website again.
Got a cute top
I wasn't sure about buying from here at first, so I decided to just get one thing. It took forever for it to arrive, like 3 weeks! But when it finally showed up, I was pretty stoked because it fit perfectly and looked exactly like the picture. If you're cool with waiting a while for your order, this place has some pretty sweet clothes.
