I'm really upset about the Platten wireless headphones I bought because the fabric fell apart after only using them twice. It's just not right for the product to break down so easily, especially when they weren't cheap. When I contacted customer service to fix the problem, they weren't very helpful or understanding. I would recommend steering clear of this brand and checking out other headphone options instead.
