X Sight scope
I gotta tell ya, the customer service at this company is just a complete joke, eh? So I bought this X Sight scope, right? And when I ran into some problems with it, I reached out to customer service for a little help. And you know what they said? They basically just told me to go figure it out myself by watching some tutorials on YouTube. Like, seriously? Is that really the best they could come up with? I was so disappointed and felt like I totally regretted buying this product. The customer service manager was absolutely useless and didn't seem to give a care in the world about my concerns. Dealing with them was just a frustrating experience, no doubt about that.

iPad Pro cover buddy and tablet stand
I'm really disappointed with the iPad Pro cover buddy I bought recently. It took forever to arrive, and the quality is way below what I expected. The case is thin and flimsy, leaving a whole side of the iPad unprotected. It works with the magic keyboard, but the plastic feels cheap and doesn't provide much protection. The tablet stand is a cool idea, but the way it's made is not great. The instructions were wrong, and the magnet is too weak to hold the iPad properly. The angles on the stand are unstable, so it's hard to use. Plus, you can't attach the tablet stand to the iPad cover buddy and use it with the magic keyboard, so it's just an extra thing to carry around. I regret buying this, it feels like a waste of money.

I bought a Ralis bluetooth speaker and used it in my bedroom for less than 4 months before it died. I emailed their customer service on 27/12/2020 and was told to give them my address, receipt, and serial number. But, even though I did that, I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really disappointing that they're not helping me after the sale. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

2024 Flower Delivery
Hey there, about the flower delivery service... I've actually used it before in 2020 and it was all good - smooth ordering and the flowers were top-notch. But my latest order in 2024 was a total letdown. The box showed up all banged up, with the flowers inside all wet and mushy. It was pretty obvious they weren't handled carefully during delivery. So now I'm a bit unsure about using this service again down the road.

Dawson bed in beach linen
The bed my parents got was the worst, man! They bought the Dawson bed in beach linen and it was a disaster! First of all, the delivery was late and the delivery guys messed everything up. They left dirty handprints all over the fabric, so my dad had to fix their mistakes. And then, after only two days, the fabric started falling apart! My mom sent so many emails for help, but all they offered was a dumb fabric shaver! No phone number to call, no real response. Seriously, do not buy from them - total scam!

Ghostbusters ghost trap
I just bought the Ghostbusters ghost trap from FUN.com and I'm so let down by how low-quality it is. The paint job is a mess, all sloppy with spray marks everywhere. And to top it off, there were no instructions included, so it was a nightmare trying to put the batteries in. Even when I finally got them in, there was no sound, just lights. And after only two weeks of using it, the trap door fell off and the plastic started to crack in the middle. The return policy for international customers is a joke - I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive in Australia, and then only had 14 days to return it. When I contacted customer service with pictures of the problems, they basically brushed me off because of their strict return policy. My partner had to open up the trap and found out that the sound wiring wasn't even connected, so we had to buy a soldering iron to fix it ourselves. But even after all that, the trapdoor still doesn't work. For what we paid, this product is a huge letdown and I would recommend avoiding it and this company altogether.

Chrome rear bumper
I got this chrome rear bumper back in April, right? It was all shiny and new, but now, just 8 months later, it's covered in rust like you wouldn't believe.
